This hotel is amazing. It is full of art and has one of the best bars in the city. There is a coffee shop in the lobby that has great smoothies and breakfast items. Will definitely be staying here again.

Check in sent us to a room that was occupied. Thank goodness the people in the room had the in-room lock on. The woman at check in barely mumbled an apology. She was NOT friendly and acted like we were bothering her. At the bar that night, the blonde female bartender was rude. The staff definitely needs training in customer service. Won't stay here again.

I paid for a room a month in advance for my husbands birthday. We had cardinal baseball tickets for a night game. When we arrived there wasn’t a room available and no parking. Found a lot that we had to pay for which with the cost of the room it should be included. Had to walk to the metro as their are no shuttles available either. Called several times to see about checking in and no one would answer the phone. Was put on hold after listening to music for twenty minutes only to be told room still wasn’t available. We never got checked in until after the game which was 10:30pm. They told us we had 30 minutes to use the facilities before they closed at 11pm. When we got in the elevator to go to our room one of the workers said the reason rooms weren’t available on time was because they had a big soccer team there that checked out late. Sorry but thats not my fault and it was on my expense because I paid for that room in advance. So the only thing I got was to lay my head down to sleep. I didn’t get to eat there or enjoy the hotel. Therefore I’m not leaving a good review.

I arrived to the hotel and was told I would be called once my room was ready. So we walked over and killed time at the city museum. Nobody called but it was well past checkin time (HOURS) When we got back I asked to check in. Our room still wasn’t ready. The reception was very uncaring and was like yea sorry the people before didn’t check out until 5 and it still needs cleaned. What a joke! Especially since I had booked TWO rooms. We barely got to use the amenities which is why we booked the hotel for my sons birthday!

We loved, loved, loved this hotel! The lobby is beautiful, with the bar and the restaurant and the coffee house right on the first floor. The museum on the second floor had some pretty interesting installations. The room was so comfortable, the beds heavenly, robes and all other room amenities felt luxurious. The staff was very courteous. The lower level boasts a 75 feet pool, huge hot tub and a sauna. We stayed for two nights for ours sons graduation and I would definitely love to stay there again. 5STARS!!

Just some minor things I noticed but overall an enjoyable stay. One elevator was down and the one we took took sounded unsafe. The front door attendant and valet were not friendly or helpful in that we could have used the elevator instead of stairs with all our luggage. In our rooms some dust and a spot on duvet but otherwise clean, well thought out and spacious. Food and art in the hotel are fabulous as well as atmosphere. Staff were helpful when asked.

My room was not made up each day nor was I given new towels and wash cloths and coffee pods not renewed. In a 5 night stay room was made up twice and only one time were waste receptacles emptied. The problem was well communicated. Additional the valet parking attendant left my car open and the keys on my console overnight in an unsecured remote lot. Additionally on returning to the property on a rainy evening I wanted in my car for one of two valets to come take my car only to get out after several minutes and bring my keys to them leaving my car on the street. As the elevator doors closed I heard one valet tell the other one “They don’t pay me enough to get wet”. Really a shame. Beautiful property. Great bar and restaurant. I registered my complaints and have yet to hear from property.

The hotel was amazing! But what we did not like was the surrounding area, it did not feel safe. I would highly recommend this location and use uber to get back and forth to where you are going. The hotel was by far one of the most beautiful places I have seen. I would definitely stay here again. The pool area has so many accommodations! High recommended!

In a one night stay I could not get the room service to work, the staff didn’t notify me of my food arriving up at the front, I got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes, and the lobby and halls were loud with people and children so I kept being woken up. The water on coffee station expired on 2/14/2024 and the white sheets had brown/orange stains on it.

One of the prettiest and most exciting hotels I've stayed at. It had so many things to see and do inside, it was like a mini vacation without ever leaving the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with gorgeous artwork. The gym has all the equipment for a great workout, include a lap pool and sauna. Overall the hotel staff were great with the exception of one valet. Loved that the museum is open 24 hours/day. There is a cafe inside the hotel that makes great coffee and has good food. There’s also a restaurant with good food as well. The city also offers free electric vehicle transportation to downtown locations for free. Would stay here again!

I loved the staff and food they served there. Was a little pricey but nice surroundings and large pool and hot tub. The only thing that would be nice would a microwave in the rooms and continental breakfast would be awesome!

The museum was a great place to kill some time while waiting for friends. The coffee shop had very friendly staff and very good coffee. Every experience at Idol Wolfe was positive and inviting. My room accommodations were clean and cozy. Perfect for my needs.
