«First off the service was A ...10 out of 10. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, food was very good too! That said we got the feeling that the property is having financial difficulties. When we walked further back into the property, there were several cottages that were completely run down, needed repairs, weeds growing everywhere, really an eye-sore. Please note that our cottage was beautiful! And for each of the 3 days we were there, there was only one or two other couples all day long ...

«Royal St.Kitts is a reasonably good hotel given the price and location. The staff had quite some variation when it came to servicemindedness and smiles, but St.Kitts is not known for smiles. So that was "on par", we can say. A limited range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity is a small minus, but the hotel rooms and pool area met our expectations.»

«We loved how close everything was to the resort, lots of options for dining and fun excursions that were pretty close by. The resort was really nice and a great stretch of private beach. Most days it was pretty quiet, but some days we had people from cruise ships using the resort for the day. Met lot s of nice people. Plenty of amenities in the resort, so you don't have to venture out as much. Overall a great experience.»

«This is our 2nd stay at Timothy Beach and ut was better than last year. The beach is very accessible and we snorkeled right there and ot was the best. My only complaint is the mattress and pillows are awful. But hey, we didnt go there to sleep.»

«The room was large & cleaned everyday. Staff was friendly & helped get the bags to the room. On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. «I like the view and the dolphins. I dislike the lack of supplies such as a broom & dust pan, no paper towel , no hand soap, I had to beg for towels . The pillows on bed were horrible. There were an iron board but no iron had to ask for that . My list of dislike shouldn’t have been & these thing must be provided to your guests moving forward.»
