«I would not return here or recommend it. We had 3 nights booked but didn’t use the 2nd night as we were in the jungle (we only stored some luggage). The cleaning person didn’t give new towels or clean our bathroom, empty trash etc. while we were gone. The pool was not functioning and there are no spa services as advertised. «We stayed three nights at this resort, and were quite disappointed. The rooms were very dark, there were fans instead of aircondition, the beds are really hard, the wifi didn’t work in the room, and it was dirty with spider webs all over the ceiling. The mosquito net was also broken. Not what we expected at all! On the second day, the pool was filled with so many chemicals that it was impossible to see through the water and see the tiles on the bottom of the pool.
