Walking distance to all attractions downtown, Mile One Stadium, Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi Lake, St. John’s harbour, beautiful restaurants, and shops, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle, to enjoy a quiet evening at home.

The main floor has a bright, open concept flowing from the living room, dining area into the kitchen that offers a skylight for added natural light.
You will find the laundry on the main for added convenience. At the rear of the home, there is a darling seating area covered with mature trees for added privacy creating an almost courtyard-like setting for your enjoyment. This home features many unique touches including, stained glass, high ceilings, original stairs, and hardwood, plus so much more. All this in a vibrant, desired part of town! Parking is with one Parking Pass and usually parking just out front is available. If there is another vehicle, there is free parking just down the street on the odd side of Pilots Hill.
