A main reason we picked this property was because of the pool, and we were looking forward to swimming. Only once we arrived and directly asked about the location of the pool at the front test were we told that the pool was undergoing maintenance and was closed. No compensation was provided for this inconvenience.

We stay here all the time and love it. However we specifically booked here for the pool for our children and we’re not informed the pool was out of service. Nothing done, no reimbursement

Book a room with two queen size beds. When I got there they didn’t have that room but they were going to give me two rooms with a king size beds but it didn’t work for me.

Very nice hotel. The location of the parking lot was not close to the hotel and there were a lot of people outside the hotel by the entrance. We felt uncomfortable offloading our luggage.

The pictures showed rooms with a bath tub as well as a shower. We assumed we could choose either room/expecting a tub as well. When we get to the room there is no tub and we mention this to the front staff, nothing was done to fix this. We were told they couldn’t change our room because we booked externally. We were also told that breakfast ended at 11 and when we showed up the next morning it had ended at 10.

Checkin- 45 minute wait Keys to access room didn’t work for entire stay - had to wait 15-20 minutes to be left into room each time. No house cleaning Couldn’t speak to manager Front desk would not answer phones to assist us during our stay We were told we would receive a refund and upon Expedia’s request for refund approval, the Hilton went back on their word and refused the refund. Overall, horrible experience. I will never stay at a Hilton again, and will be sure to advise others to follow suit.

I send my clothes down to be cleaned. I mean jogging pants and leggings and T-shirts. All I want it wasn’t really washed and dried. I sent out one basket. They tried to charge me $360. This is ridiculous I could buy the amount of clothes for $360.

Key card system was not working took hours for anyone who checked in to get keys to their room. You had to wait for housekeeping to come let you into your room. Could have been anyone wanting to get into a room as they did not verify you were in that room. They charged me twice for my room no clue how long before that is fixed a refunded to me. I rented a room in this hotel specifically because they had a pool. There was not a moment that the pool was not filled to capacity with children. They close the pool at 11pm and even up until that time you did not have an opportunity to have a relaxing swim. They really need to have dedicated hours for adults only.

Parking was terrible. Not enough spaces and had to wait a long time before getting a spot. Then had to pay $15 per vehicle (2 vehicles) to park there. Check in took over 30 minutes. Other than that it was a nice place. Did not use food or beverage service, however I could not reach the so I g room or front desk by phone to request a cork screw.

This was our first time at this hotel and it was really enjoyable. The building is very new, modern, and clean. We had two queen beds and the rooms were very spacious. They also provided lots of towels so you didnt have to keep calling for more! Only downsides were only 2 elevators so could be waiting a while, pool was small and crowded and i asked for a fan and they brought up one in a box that I had to assemble myself. Would definitely stay here again as the rate and value were great too.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Appreciated the 12pm checkout time. We were in eoom 609. It smelled heavily of body oder. Coffee machine was really dirty where water goes. Found a used mask under bed skirt when ensuring nothing was left behind.paid for parking when didnt need to as arms to parking lot area were broken amd up the emtire time.
