Our 14-day stay was way beyond our expectations. Ocean facing views from all the rooms meant gentle breezes, magnificent sunrises and depth of vision out into the ocean. The house is above the road, but you can’t see it and rarely heard vehicles so we often felt we were in a tropical seclusion. Sweeping views with other houses visible only to the far right side. Below the house salt ponds with egrets and herons. Hummingbirds and bananquits at the deck rail feeder. Above, pelicans and frigates hovered in the updrafts. The property was like a botanical garden with great diversity of trees and plants and so many colorful blooms! Convenient to our favorite east side bays for snorkeling. Was easy to get out early to the bays and be the only ones there! House was perfect for 2 couples. We had the lower level and it was separate and quite with 2 huge sliding doors facing out to the patio and the ocean beyond. Bed was super comfortable and the 2 ceiling fans and the AC made for lots of control over temperatures for our comfort. Common area upstairs worked nicely with dining area and living room area. The hit of the whole thing is the covered patio- this became a second living room and the space we spent so much time in. The constant gentle breezes kept the no-seums at bay so only a few bites and rarely used bug spray. The grill was well set up and pool was a delight to cool off in. Kelsey was so easy to work with, quick to reply and address questions/requests. We hope to return!
