This recently built villa in Fish Bay offers an unbeatable blend of indoor/outdoor space and stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and Ram Head. Situated on the edge of the National Park, Fish Bay is one of the most serene bays on the island.
Enjoy the views from the covered outdoor living/dining area. There is a built-in gas grill, and a sun deck with pool and hot tub. This villa has a whole house generator to ensure a stress-free vacation even when the island's power company has hiccups :)

Inside the fully air-conditioned main level is a great room/dining area, gourmet kitchen, and half bath. An interior staircase leads down to two air-conditioned master suites with king beds, private decks with chaise lounges, and en suite baths with double vanities and rock showers with views of Ram Head.
Brezza di Mare is next door to its sister property, San Costanzo. For large or multi-generational groups, renting 2 bedroom/2 bathroom San Costanzo with 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom Brezza di Mare gives guests the flexibility of privacy and time together.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The sun rise views from the large open deck area were just beautiful every morning! The outdoor pool and dining space was an awesome place to hang out. We ended up grilling several evenings instead of dining out, because we didn’t want to leave. Elian was our contact person and he was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The House was wonderful!! My husband and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor area. The indoor/outdoor shower was also pretty cool. Everything worked and it should and the house was easy to get to. This might have been our favorite place we've stayed at!

Great location tucked away from everything.All your basic essentials and more were at the house including beach chairs and towels. The home was nice and stocked with dish soap, garbage bags, tissues and soaps. Stuff you wouldn’t want to have to buy while on vacation.My two biggest things about the place was it smelled of smoke pretty badly when we arrived. Someone had definitely smoked in the bedrooms and upstairs prior to us arriving. Even so much that we double checked the listing to see if they allowed smoking. So that was a bit of a surprise and bummer to smell like an ashtray each time we walked in. Second, please furnish the living room with indoor furniture and not outdoor patio furniture. It was very uncomfortable. Since we went in August, so at night we didn’t sit outside that much so our only option was inside.All in all it was a great place.

Couldn't ask for much more

Honestly, at this price range, I think it's one of the best we've stayed in. Well appointed by nearly every measure. Any island traveler knows how much you COULD spend on random things for the kitchen, bags, wrap, foil, spices, mixers, etc. The staff seems to allow anything non-perishable to stay, so check the stock before you go to the store. Dolphin and Starfish markets are close. We generally stay in Chocolate Hole, and the drive to Fish Bay was maybe just a minute or two longer. Actually, a better location in my opinion if you are heading to Centerline. We only have two pieces of constructive criticism: the living room is furnished with outdoor furniture, which is not expected at this price point. Additionally, my wife mentioned the lack of a full-length mirror anywhere in the house. Overall, extremely pleased though. Very well maintained and clean, well appointed, would rent again without hesitation.

Clean, great spaces, and beautiful pool. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans and utensils. Very nice gas grill. Also well equipped for the beach with towels, coolers and beach chairs. The Property Management team communicated promptly and clearly. Top notch rental experience.

The most amazing house

Our group absolutely loved this house. Meeting the property manager was super simple, JP, was helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival we were happy with the cleanliness of the property and how well the home was stocked. They included all the essentials and more. The upstairs area was a great hangout and the temperature was comfortable with the high in the low 80s. The pool area was well organized and was cleaned twice during our stay. The downstairs bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The views from the decks and showers were really pretty. I hope to visit again soon!

Exactly as advertised!

Pictures and everything listed is as is!!! Great spot and everything as listed and pictured! The no-AC on the main floor is an issue! We read the reviews and felt we could handle it no problem - nope. It was so so hot & uncomfortable & humid . It limited our time together as it was so hot that we all needed to retreat to our bedrooms and yes the pool is great, but in the evenings there are a lot of bugs/mosquitos so we could not comfortably hang out out there. Also; upon check in the rooms had not been cool downed at all- both bedrooms were 89 degrees and the bedrooms did get comfortable but never below 80degrees. At least the AC cut the humidity down for us though! The kitchen is exactly as pictured and listed ! It was just too hot for us to fix dinners: we did breakfast every morning and then left the house as quick as we could for our activities as it was so so hot! I have 5 stars as the house is truest exactly as listed and it was our mistake to think we could handle the heat of the non-AC’d kitchen, living room and dining room.

Fun stay

House was as advertised. Outdoor space was great and where we spent bulk of our time when at the house. The two king suites were air conditioned and comfortable. Nicely equipped kitchen that met all of our needs. Downsides to property included the location. Much further out from Cruz Bay than we usually stay. Winding roads eventually get you there. Water pressure for showers was very low. Upstairs of the house was very warm. With no breeze, it was sweltering. Could use more fans to help with that. There was also the occasional bad smell coming off of Fish Bay that wasn’t very pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and the positives outweighed the negatives.

Awesome House in Fish Bay!

We absolutely LOVED this house. The indoor and outdoor amenities were outstanding. We didn't need anything! Very well equipped! Decor was beautiful! Bedrooms are spacious, with comfortable King sized beds, large bathrooms, and awesome AC! Especially loved the indoor/outdoor shower set up - very cool! Outside area with pool and hot tub were really nice and we hung out there as much as we could!! This is a beautiful island and lots to do - Cruz Bay Watersports! Book early! Did the trip to Virgin Gorda which was AMAZING! The things we didn't love were the lack of air conditioning in the upstairs part of the house. Based on others' recos we thought breeze would be enough, but really wasn't - some people don't mind that at all. We really couldn't hang out comfortably at night inside. Depending on the wind direction the smell of the sargassum is pretty difficult, especially with all the windows open. Otherwise, would love to stay in this house again!! JP was an awesome host, very attentive and responded to texts immediately! Thank you for an awesome week on St. John!

Great house!

We loved so many things about this house. Very fresh, bright, and clean. The outdoor area is FANTASTIC with a great view, comfortable chairs, dining for six, pool, hot tub, bbq grill, and super-comfy large sectional couch in the shade. It really is perfection. We spent A LOT of time out there. A/C in the bedrooms was nice to have but probably not necessary, as the lower level was very cool. This is hands-down the best equipped house I've ever stayed in. Everything you could want in a cook's kitchen is there - the small things (like a meat thermometer and chip-clips) make a difference! There were also coolers, noodles, very nice beach chairs, and plenty of bath towels. We were disappointed that the hot tub didn't work. The management company was good to deal with. We interacted mostly with Eric, who was nice and always responsive. I prefer self-check-in, rather than trying to coordinate a meet-up after a day of travel.

Very well appointed property

This is a beautiful home with a lovely view. The road to get there is very hilly and curvy, but totally worth it when you are at the house. Everything you need is provided. The furnishings are comfortable, and the pool is awesome! Definitely recommend! Beware there is sargassum below, and if the wind is out of the wrong direction you can smell it! Only problem!

Beautiful view, clean and updated villa. Great outdoor space! Natural gas grill was in awesome shape. Nice dishes etc in kitchen, place was fully stocked with soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. Bedrooms were large with comfy beds and pillows. Our kids loved the pool. Brands new beach chairs and coolers for the beach were provided. Would come back again and again!!

Fantastic views!

Beautiful property with quiet and scenic views of Fish Bay. House was clean and well-maintained along with nice landscaping. Location was a little tricky but once you establish landmarks was pretty easy to find. Only 15 minutes from the national park beaches and 5 to 10 minutes away from grocery shopping and the ferry. The only downside was there was almost no access to cellular service, but the Internet WiFi was fast and mostly reliable. Overall was an excellent experience.

Perfect for couples! Photos do not do this place justice!

What a gem! We stayed here for 10 days in August of 2022. 2 couples. First - location - Fish Bay - perfect views. Easy to find. Pool/outdoor area is perfectly situated for enjoying the islands. 10 minutes to town, quiet/private neighborhood. Great parking access, too. Second - house - fantastic layout for couples to enjoy. We had a few friends come over for dinner one night - loads of room to spread out and enjoy the views and space. The two king bedrooms on lower level are big, private and well maintained. Each have private balcony, amazing outdoor shower, great closet, dresser, safe and super comfy bed. Everything is provided - towels, soap, etc. Kitchen/Living Room - very well equipped - everything from cloth napkins to blender. We even baked a cake - there is a mixer, bowls, cake pans, all of it taken care of for you. Appliances are in perfect shape. Great layout for seated meals, casual buffet, etc. There are even some nice books and games in the kitchen to use. TV worked great - although we didn't use it that much! Great internet access, too. Beach gear/Pool Area - awesome pool and hot tub! There are coolers, pool floats, beach chairs, beach towels, and the outdoor kitchen area is amazing - little fridge is perfect for drinks, grill is fantastic. The outdoor area was used more than anything - great spot for when it rains a little bit. Pool is perfect temp. Outdoor shower by front door is perfect for kicking off sand before entering the house. I was worried that the no air conditioning upstairs would be an issue but it's not - there are so many windows and fans, that even in the super hot month of August, the breeze is perfect and you don't even miss the AC. Management company met us for walk through - super easy, nice people to work with, great communication. We are absolutely booking this place in the future.

Lovely stay

We had such a great trip and this place is beautiful. Stunning views! Super quiet. Located on dead end street. Felt very safe. We spent so much time relaxing on the beautiful patio. Linda picked us up at the ferry dock, took us to get our car and then showed us to the villa. Very nice and helpful hosts. While a little further from town, it really doesn’t take that long to get to town or the beaches. Would certainly recommend this place!

Perfect spot

This villa was located in a perfect spot in the hills above Fish Bay with a wonderful view of the Ram’s Head to the east and a beautiful sunrise to be enjoyed from the deck with morning coffee. The location served as a good base from which to adventure to the north shore beaches and the outdoor space with pool and hot tub was perfect for the late afternoon hours. The kitchen / common space was new and clean with good appliances and a well stocked kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. An ideal spot for our family of four.

Red Carpet Experience!

This was our first trip to St. John and the service and experience with this property was delightful! Mark was not only prompt with his communication, he proactively educated us on car rentals and travel logistics. Our flight arrived later in the day and while I overheard other travelers begging their contact to wait for them and not leave them stranded, Mark never even hinted that our flight time was an inconvenience for him. The house was in perfect condition with all of the conveniences of the US...with the added bonus of the amazing views of Fish Bay! The neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path of Cruz Bay, which gave us the peace and quiet we were needing for our trip. I love this house and would definitely recommend it without hesitation!

Absolute paradise

This property was stunning. We have stayed in the Fish Bay area a couple times before and no property is like Brezza di Mare. First of, Mark the host is absolutely fantastic. Second, the amount of usable outdoor space is wonderful. Third, the privacy of being at the end of a street is unmatched. We will absolutely be coming back. Could not recommend more.
