You will love this cozy home away from home. With space for four people, this 2 bedroom home is located in a nice neighborhood. Privacy blinds are included for every window.

Included are all the amenities you would want in a home, including lightning fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, a natural gas bbq grill, and a one car garage available for parking.

Conveniently located in the heart of St. James with proximity to nearby river ways, Maramec Spring Park, Old Route 66, the St. James Golf Course, and numerous local wineries. Approximately 100 miles from St. Louis International Airport, 35 miles from Ft. Leonard Wood, and 120 miles from Springfield, Missouri.

Check in is 3PM and check out is at 10AM. So our cleaning service can properly prepare the home for the next guests, we are RARELY able to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please book an additional day if you foresee you will need different times.

Carbon Monoxide / Smoke Detector also included for your safety.

Rental agreement required for stays of 14 days or more.

We try to make things as easy as possible, but since this is an actual home we do not have an on call staff to take care of certain things such as taking trash to the dumpster and bringing it back.

Well behaved pets are allowed.
