«The property is a small beach cottage that is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1-2 small kids. Walkable to center of town with co-op grocery and laundry facility less than 5 min away. Parking space is nearby and situated such that it is easy to use your car to explore Cornwall. Only thing I would say is that shower is small and ceilings low so this place would feel tight if you are a large person and some of the layout is a bit tricky if you were older and less sure footed. «Lovely break away, property was clean inside and lovely location. Couple of things. Garden had not been checked as very deceased rat on lawn, been there a long time and was disgusting to have to bag up after dog had found it. Someone elses full poo bags also out there. Couple of bulbs missing with no replacements and also we couldnt get on freesat no connection available. Owner also has blocked gutter above front door, large amounts of water cascading down.»
