Awesome view
View from the window is beautiful. Very accessible to the ferry where my husband need to travel everyday. Close to restaurants and shops. Very good location.

Fantastic Location, Clean, and Comfortable
I loved this place and if I go back to that area I would definitely stay there again. Easy to walk to stores, restaurants, the Ferry, beach, etc. The view of the fireworks over the bay on Saturday nights was perfect from our window.

The property was easy to find and to park. It's located close to downtown so it is easy to walk to most restaurants and shopping. The mattresses were a little over firm, and did result in sore backs for everyone. The furniture has a little wear, but we were out most of the time. The absence of a Keurig coffee maker was a little bit of a surprise. I was also a little disappointed in the condition of the pans and cooking utensils in the kitchen. Not a problem if you plan to eat out, but if you are cooking in be aware. The view however was amazing and the owner was very quick to respond to all questions and concerns.

Great place!
The pictures of the place while accurate really don’t reflect the feel of the place. It was so much better than the pictures. Easy walk to the lake and shops along the strip. Close to the dock and boats that take you to Mackinaw Island. The host left a packet of info about places to see and where to eat.

Fantastic Trip and a Wonderful Stay!
Our stay was extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean. Communications with Scott was great! He was very helpful offering suggestions from local dining to viewing Fireworks on a Saturday night. Which the fireworks offered one of the best finales we had ever seen! Would highly recommend this place!! A++

Perfect fit for our large group!
We had a group of 8 adults and one child from 12 -72. Perfect space for us to be able to spend time together in one place while visiting the area. Walking distance to everything. Great view of the Saturday night fireworks from the living room window. Would definitely book again!

AWESOME PROPERTY/CLOSE TO FERRY
Scott's porpery is first rate. My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in St. Ignace and we are SO glad that we chose this property. EVERYTHING is first rate, the unit is really great and Scott is very accessible and awesome. Definitely coming back!

The accomodations in this upstairs apartment made our stay so delightful. Everything was clean and updated. You have a beautiful view without the serenity of not being on the busy road. Scott was very responsive, personable, and kind. We would highly recommend booking at this property.

Snowmobile approved
This a great place to stay for our planned snowmobile weekend, close to the trailhead (walking distance) and close to restaurants. The flat is remodeled, modern and clean. I think anyone would be happy with the accommodations, we will return.

Great location with close proximity to downtown St Ignace. Renovated recently with good beds and super clean! The owner was really kind and easy to work with. We were doing the bridge walk on Labor Day and he offered coming back to the property after the walk to wait out the traffic. Close to the docks so a day trip to the Island is easy.

Perfect Location!!!!
This location was perfect, was able to just park our car at the house and walk everywhere. The ferry to Mackinac Island was a short walk away along with many shops and restaurants. Scott was a great host, he came and introduce himself to us and told us about all attractions or places to go see and eat. Definitely will be coming back to visit and stay at this house.

This property was in a perfect location for a long weekend to St Ignace and Mackinac Island. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos and we especially enjoyed watching Saturday night fireworks through the windows.

Perfect!!!
This property was absolutely perfect for us. As a family with 4 kids under 12, it was exactly what we needed. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops and also the ferries to Mackinac Island, the beach, and not to mention a wonderful view! It was SUPER clean and had everything we needed including extra blankets, pillows and towels, and Disney plus, which the kids enjoyed! There was even complimentary beer, wine, fudge and fresh flowers for us upon arrival. Thank you Scott for a fantastic experience! 😁

5 star stay!
Would definitely recommend! Stayed in St. Ignace for a family trip. The location is great right by the Ferry Dock. Just hop on the Ferry and it’s a cool 15-30 minute ride to Mackinac Island. Great location in the heart of town and in walking distance of local restaurants. The place was very clean and well maintained and Scott is a great host and makes himself available for whatever you might need.

Apartment with all the amenities and a great location
The apartment was very spacious. We had six people in attendance and everyone had enough room to have their own personal space. The amenities were fantastic. The full kitchen was utilized everyday for breakfast and dinner. Scott, the owner, even had an instant pot available. The washer/dryer was the best feature. Six people produced a load of laundry everyday so it was nice to have fresh clean clothes daily. This allowed for us to pack lightly. Check in was a breeze and we were greeted with some local gifts. The location was also perfect. We were walking distance to the ferry docks and restaurants.

Excellent apartment to explore Mackinac and UP areas
We had a great stay at this very comfortable apartment in the St. Ignace area over this long weekend. The apartment is walking distance to get to the ferry terminals for Mackinac island, is also walking distance from St. Ignace downtown area and has a good view of the Lake Huron bay. On the second day of our trip we drove to Upper Peninsula area which are also very convenient from this property. Scott was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall an excellent stay!

Great Weekend
This apartment was great for our small family. Everything we needed was available (including beer for my husband and flowers and wine for me). It provided a nice view of the water that our toddler loved watching the “boats” and we were even able to see the cars from the St. Ignace Car Show drive by. The owner was very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place
We enjoyed this spacious apartment. Thanks Scott for the local beer, wine and beautiful flowers! Very clean nice place well described by the listing. The bedrooms are apart from each other giving extra privacy. Water heater is located in the bedroom with one bed and creates some noise when people are using hot water, but was ok with earplugs. You may want to plan your showering times :). Sunrises were ~6:30am, but I got up to enjoy. They were beautiful! If traveling from southern areas, remember that days up north are longer around June (but shorter in winter). We enjoyed the long days!

Happy that we stayed here!
We had a very nice 3-day, 4-night stay. It is comfortable and clean. Scott, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. The highlight of this property is it's location to things to do. It is a short walk to the Mackinac Island ferry. We drove to beautiful waterfalls and enjoyed the Upper Penninsula coastline.

Perfect apartment with a great view.
The apartment is brand new and well done. It had everything we needed for a short stay while exploring the UP and Mackinac Area. Its a short walk/bikeride to downtown and a short drive to the beauty of the UP and upper LP. Also a short walk to the Mackinac ferry. The owner, Scott was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great house with a view
This rental provided us a comfortable stay during our trip to Upper Peninsula. It is very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well-equipped. We mostly ate and cooked inside, so it was handy. Some personal touches such a bottle of wine, fudge and a note telling us about fireworks were highly appreciated. It is walking distance from the downtown and ferry docks, but tucked away from traffic and crowds.

Lovely place in cute, walkable area
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott’s property. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and ferry. Short 10-minute driving distance to a Great Lake Michigan beach. Owner lives downstairs and had many great suggestions. Be forewarned: due to COVID, it’s surprisingly difficult to find takeout food, so the fully stocked kitchen will come in handy. Fudge, beer and wine were a nice touch!

Amazing stay!
It’s always a little scary renting a property that doesn’t have any reviews yet. Since Scott’s property was a new listing at the beginning of July that was the case here..... are we glad we took the chance! The pictures don’t even come close to doing justice for the property!! Amazing finishes on all of the interior, super spacious, and spotless in cleanliness. Scott was a great guy who came out and chatted with us for a bit since he lives in the unit downstairs. He was great with communication and was even flexible with our earlier check-in when we got stuck between rentals. Amazing property that just made everything easy with its location. Highly suggest staying here!

Great Spot!
When we first arrived, we weren't sure what to expect. When we went inside the property we were blown away! Proximity to the town, sandy beach (15 Minute drive down Highway 2), Mackinac Island Ferry and just about everything was perfect. The interior of the property is brand new and has everything we needed. Hosts were amazing and very attentive. Our stay was capped off by Fireworks right out the front window of the property. Couldn't have asked for a better location for an up north, on the go, vacation.
