Sleeps 9 – 13. The home includes the following sleeping spaces: Main floor – Master bedroom with King bed, Queen sleeper in living room, Twin sleeper on sunporch Second floor – Second bedroom with Queen bed and Twin daybed; Third bedroom with two Twin beds; loft area with Queen bed and futon.

Custom kitchen is open concept to dining and living area. Full appliances, large pantry area and updated cookware await the family cook. Plenty of dining space is available, with 6 person dining table, 6 person sun room picnic table, along with kitchen island seating.

Utility room has new full size washer and dryer. There is also plenty of space for sports gear and additional storage.

The sun room has plenty of space for reading, relaxing or board games at the picnic table.

2 bathrooms with plenty of storage space one with a walk-in shower with bench and one with stand-up shower.
