Welcome to Bienvenue!

Cozy cottage in very quiet neighborhood is nestled at the waters edge of Apalachicola Bay. Features include; 2 bedrooms and Loft, 2 full bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, private dock and much more. NO SMOKING. Amenities: Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, Microwave, and more. *Pets Allowed under 30 pounds, $100 non-refundable pet fee.

Suncoast Vacation Rentals offers a wide selection of beach homes and cottages on St. George Island ranging from one to eight bedrooms. Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. It’s basic as it comes , bed and towels were washed but windows was filthy and the view is what sells this place if you don’t mind bay side . House is just older and needs attention, would I stay here again yes but not for 1600+ dollars for a week . I’d go somewhere else first .

I love that you were able to hear the ocean and it was just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful. I never did figured out how to use the TV, not sure if there was cable or not , because it never came on. I'm glad I went to the dollar store , there were very limited paper products and no seasonings , salt and pepper. I think the beds could use an update, they were not very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your place .

Stay at Bienvenue

Location is nice. House was clean. House has BASIC essentials. Has pots and pans, silverware, dishes, etc. Prepare to bring everything else. No salt and pepper, etc. we were given one trash bag and one roll of TP. There were pods for the DW, one dish towel, no dish soap. Not what we usually have experienced.

Wonderful Stay at Bienvenue

We enjoyed our stay at Bienvenue and found the property clean and well-maintained. The living room has a fantastic view of Apalachicola Bay and from the deck there is a wonderful view of the sunset. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, beds were comfortable and the furniture in good repair and relaxing-ready. Very minor complaints were that all dishes/utensils are to be clean upon departure ( no problem) but while there was a sponge and dish towel provided along with only two tablets for dishwasher there was no dish soap and also no coffee filters for the coffee maker so we had to dash to the store before it closed for the holiday. Hard to understand why those low-cost items were not available. All-in-all we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Since our main reason for coming is fishing, we wouldn't have spent many extra hours preparing fishing gear and then packing all of it. The WiFi nor the TV worked. TV did turn off/on and changed channels one at a time only in one direction. There were no printed channel guides as in the past. We notified Suncoast office a total of four times concerning these issues. Our name was supposedly called into the media company. We never got a call. As a result we packed up and left a day early. The kitchen was well stocked; however, we will not return.

My wife and I saved all year for this vacation, and it was not cleaned right. The Tv's did not work right. went to the office talked to the manager and they tried to fix their mistake, but the damage was already done. We left a couple of days early we had enough. Besides all of that fishing was great and eating good weather was fantastic. The house was in a great location looks very nice on the outside. They need to teach the cleaning company how to clean and fix the TV's

Weather was amazing! My husband loved fishing off the pier! The dolphins liked showing off while would sit on the deck. We will definitely be back!
