    Ligger på et smalt punkt på St. George Island, gjester på Cruz Del Sur - som betyr "Southern Cross" på spansk - vil ha en fantastisk utsikt over både Mexicogolfen og Apalachicola Bay.

    Første etasje i dette vakkert dekorerte hjemmet tilbyr en romslig Gulf Front-master suite med king size-seng, stor flatskjerm-TV og morgenkjøkken utstyrt med mikrobølgeovn, kaffetrakter og frokostbord og en privat og møblert balkong bringer deg nærmere den glitrende Gulf vann. Eget bad har en dusjkabinett og dobbel vask med rikelig med motstand. En unik layout og en perfekt plass for en liten familie, bayside twin over full køyeseng støter opp til master suite og har tilgang til en bayside møblert dekk med vann utsikt.

    Over hallen er en annen King soverom w / tilgang til bayside dekk, TV og eget bad med dusj. Et vaskerom m / full størrelse vaskemaskin og tørketrommel og vaskerom vask skille de to King-suitene.

    Den komfortabelt innredede stuen har en stor flatskjerm-TV, gasspeis og strandutsikt. Trinn på dekket dekk for å nyte et måltid utendørs eller slappe av i solskinnet på den møblerte solterrassen. Spiseområdet har også utsikt over vann og strand og tilbyr plass til 6 personer. Ekstra sitteplasser til 4 finnes i frokostbaren. Kjøkkenet er velutstyrt med rikelig med diskplass, en senter øy med gass rekkevidde og dedikert pantry. Like forbi kjøkkenet er et avslappende sittegruppe med utsikt over buktvannet med en dobbel sovesofa og tilgang til en bayside dekk.

    Et bayside gjestesofa med Queen size-seng er også plassert i toppetasjen. Dette soverommet har en TV, tilgang til bayside dekk med nydelig utsikt over vannet og et privat bad med dusj. Et ½ bad ligger øverst på trappene som skiller gjestesoverommet fra stuen.

    Cruz Del Sur tilbyr en heis som reiser fra bakkenivå til øverste etasje, underhus parkering med overbygd inngang og en kullgrill i park-stil. Den varme / kalde utendørsdusjen og fiskrengjøringen finner du på vestsiden av hjemmet. Og som en ekstra bonus badehåndklær og strandstoler er tilgjengelig for din bruk.

    Tilgang til stranden er rask og enkel via et strandpromenade på strandpromenaden rett overfor hjemmet vårt, og på mindre enn 60 sekunder finner du tærne i sanden.

    Som gjester i det private gated community of Sunset Beach, vil du ha tilgang til det store, felles svømmebassenget og cabanaområdet med lenestoler og bord og tennisbane. Bare en kort spasertur unna finner du på Julian G. Bruce State Park.

Spectacular House with a vie!

Loved the decks facing the gulf beach. The elevator was wonderful. The walk-in shower was great, the location of the house across from the beach was perfect! The pool was wonderful too! We will definitely be back again.

Good bones. Needs updating. The best part was the professional help Jamie and John gave us when the elevator quit and listened to the things that needed help. They also came and carried our luggage etc down 4 flights of stairs because the elevator quit working! We love being at Sunset Beach at SGI!

Reviewer Comments: Our party of 8 included my wife and me, two daughters, and 3 grandkids.We highly recommend Forgotton Shores Property Management as they have been our go to for St George Island rentals many times. Cruz del Sur has a wonderful location with great views even though it is not ocean front. We found it very clean and spacious and the elevator was great for dealing with the multiple levels. BJ’s Pizza is a great option for arrival day and we always enjoy patio lunches at the Blue Parrot.

Kitchen pots and pans are worn and need to be replaced. I found it odd that the departure instructions included stripping sheets off all beds as well as hand washing and drying all dishes. I’ve never had either of those requests in all our years renting vacation homes. Also, the TV service was not extensive which meant we were unable to watch March Madness basketball games directly on the TV. It was nice to be so close to the beach which was not crowded. We enjoyed biking around the island.

The layout for Cruz is a bit unusual, but worked well. Being across from the boardwalk and near the community pool was very convenient. The kids were safe and could ride their bikes in Sunset or down to Grandparents’ house without a was so nice to see the ocean from our living room and bedroom and be able to walk the boardwalk all the way to the beach sand. It’s pet free so we didn’t have to worry about our daughter have an allergic reaction to pet dander. Forgotten Shores VP was so easy to work with. Their friendliness and support throughout our stay made our stay even more delightful. They truly value each customer.

Family beach trip

We loved this house! It was clean and very easy to get into! There were several small issues with the house. Doors not locking properly, shutters buzzing, chairs broken, etc. but overall we enjoyed our time. I think it’s just an older home and needs some light attention. No big issues that kept us from enjoying our trip! We will be back! :)

Review

Overall it was great! The AC was out when we got there but they were able to fix it within a few hours. I was upset that they didn't give us a heads up and it did make our first night pretty hot but they did what they could to fix it quickly and brought us fans. It was clean but they didnt do a good job stocking the home with soap, trash bags, detergent, etc. The proximity to the beach and pool were awesome! Its about a 10 min drive to the restaurants.

Picture Perfect Getaway

The house was clean, updated, and had plenty of space for us to all spread out and have some privacy when we needed it. This home is in a great location on the island- literally next door to the state park. We rented a kayak and took it out for some exploring. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from your balcony, and the boardwalk across the road is fantastic beach access. It was great to have a full size washer and dryer, and the garage space under the home is so spacious. We were able to keep all our beach gear in there and eliminate a lot of sand from coming into the home. The hose and sprayer were an added bonus so we could spray ourselves and everything off. The house looked exactly like pictured on the website, and was even a little bigger than we expected. Pros: Management company is great, location was fantastic, house was well stocked, great amenities, nice updates to home. Cons: Only one bath towel provided per person, so we did lots of laundry. Pantry is very small, so we stored most food in a corner of the kitchen. There were two family reunions happening in two houses across from us that were beachfront. We are talking 7-8 cars parked at the homes and 30+ people at the beach. This made it very difficult to find beach space. We actually were not able to use the boardwalk across from the house since there was no room to set up at the beach. We ended up walking down to the access point across from the pool. The beachfront homes had renters who were very rude and would ask that you not set up canopies or umbrellas in front of their rental home. So, being a “back row” home renter made it difficult to find beach space to set up and play for the day. This is in NO way a problem with the beach company we rented from, but rather an issue with whoever is managing the beachfront homes in that neighborhood. They are not monitoring occupancy levels nor informing their renters that the bea

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first visit to SGI and really pleased with Cruz Del Sur. Right by the bike path, state park, and a really short walk right to the beach. Had views of both the gulf and bay. Weather didn't allow us to use the community pool but it looked quite nice and just a few doors down from the house. Jamie was great to work with and provided clear instructions for arrival and departure. Only feedback that we provided her already was related to cleanliness of the kitchen items, but want to note that rest of house was very clean and nicely appointed.
