🌴 Gulf View, Nice screened porch, One block to the beach🌞

Welcome to Pelicans Perch! Come and relax at this family friendly St. George Island home that is only a block from the beach access. It's a 2 minute walk- we've timed it!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the nice screened front porch while you watch and listen to the sounds of the Gulf. The porch will be your favorite spot when you're not at the beach!

When you're not lounging at the beach or on the porch, enjoy watching TV on one of several flat screen TVs or enjoy a family game or puzzle. You might also like sitting under the house in a couple of hammock chairs enjoying the ocean breeze while you grill your dinner.

The kitchen is well equipped to cook most anything you want. There is a dining table for 8 and barstools/breakfast bar to seat 2 more.

Just off the living room is a master suite with king bed. The master has it's own sliding door to a relaxing porch. On the other side of this split floor plan are two guest rooms. The first is a queen bedroom and the second a kids bedroom with two twin beds. The guest beds share a spacious hall bath.

Back outside, there is an outdoor shower with hot/cold water for rinsing off/bathing after your day at the beach. There is also a fish cleaning table as well as covered boat parking if needed.

A storeroom downstairs houses the washer and dryer as well as a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and numerous beach toys for the kids.

Just across the street is the paved bike path that runs for miles up and down the island. Great for biking or simply walking your dogs. It's around 1.2 miles to the center of the island and several restaurants. The East Hole public Apalachicola Bay access is approximately 3 blocks away for your kayaking and paddleboarding.
