  • ONE ST GEORGE 203 St. George Island, FL Vacation Rental - Located in the Heart of St. George Island, One St. George 203 is the place to stay for a perfect little getaway! Built in 2008, it's modern elegance surrounds you in this exquisitely decorated condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the St. George Island Lighthouse. Multiple sets of french doors open out to the tiled balcony where you can watch dolphins play and enjoy amazing sunsets. Inside you will be spoiled by the granite countertops, sub-zero appliances, bamboo flooring, flat screen TVs in each room, rain shower heads, and luxurious furnishings. Outside, you're surrounded by shops, galleries, restaurants and are only steps away from the beach boardwalk located next to the Lighthouse.

We are in LOVE with St. George island and this location is absolutely perfect in every way! Hoping one day to make it permanent! Highly recommend!

Perfect spot in town, a close walk to shops, grocery, and beach. Gorgeous view if the lighthouse…Cleanliness needs to be addressed, but that has been mentioned to management. An elevator can accommodate any challenges. A good place for adults and lovely balconies
