Built over two levels, villa Clementine opens onto the amazing deep-blue ocean view. Behind the covered terrace overlooking the breathtaking panorama, the living room features a comfy lounge with sofas facing an HD TV. It also opens onto the back of the villa with a glazed door in a romantic setting, letting in the vegetal light and the gentle trade winds; this indoor space can also be air-conditioned if you wish so. The fully-equipped kitchen features a central island with a breakfast bar, perfect to cook or chat over a coffee at any time.

At the front, the bay windows widely open onto the terrace with al fresco dining facing the ocean. There is an outdoor lounge on this covered terrace, the perfect place to sip a cocktail while watching the stunning ocean view in the peaceful scenery. On the side of the terrace, the outside staircase leads to the terrace with a swimming pool, located mid-level. Close to the pool, you’ll find sun loungers and lush palm trees. In this very private atmosphere, the gentle ambience is most relaxing and quiet, the right spot to sunbathe and enjoy the deep serenity of St-Barths.

The vacation rental Clementine consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. Two of them are on the upper level on either side of the living room and open onto the front terrace. The third bedroom is on the lower level and can be accessed either through the interior backlit staircase or from the terrace with a pool via the exterior staircase. This bedroom opens onto a long terrace with a fine-hanging armchair and a pool table. What’s more, sports lovers will be delighted to discover the well-equipped fitness room also available on this level.
