Multiple calls to the front desk were ignored. In fact upon arrival I called the phones multiple times as I waited at the front desk to be checked in for over ten minutes. I rang their 2 doorbells they have also at the front desk and no answer. Luckily I was helped shortly after, and given a room that desperately needed attention. The floor had smelt of cigarette smoke, the room had the smoke detector disconnected and no where to be found, and the walls and lamps looked awfully dirty with markings all over them. Had it not been very late, a long trip, and already paid for, I would’ve found elsewhere to stay. The staff was kind but the room was not worth what I paid for.
