Enjoy the comforts of home in this apartment located within walking distance to all the downtown St. Augustine attractions, restaurants and bars! Situated above a favorite local breakfast and lunch eatery, Dream Suite is one of four apartments with access up outer stairs just off the parking area and off a central shared entry hall. Relax between outings in the open floor-plan living room and freshly updated kitchen area, and rest well at night in the queen sized bed. The full-sized kitchen with breakfast bar gives you the option of having meals and snacks "at home." Enjoy the warmth of a historic building featuring Spanish tile entry hall, original hardwood floors in the apartment, and balconies on the front and rear of the building which are typical in the Old City and a great place to people watch and enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Rest well after exploring in the queen-sized bed outfitted with crisp, white linens. The updated bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and soft, white towels. Dream Suite is located within one block of San Sebastian Winery and the St. Augustine Distillery, and just a short walk to Flagler College, Lightner Museum and historic St. George Street with numerous local shops and eateries.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

St Augustine
Our stay at David’s Dream Suite was good. The location was close to everything. The space was adequate and roomy. The rooms were very clean. David and Robyn did a great job communicating throughout our stay. Three things that could be fixed to make our next stay better, first the listing said washer and dryer. We packed light thinking we could wash our clothes part way through. There was no washer and dryer. The furniture needs to be updated. My husband and I kept rolling to the middle of the bed because the mattress has been well loved. The couch was a similar situation. There are not a whole lot of pots of pans to cook with the handle is very loose on the one usable fry pan.

Great Weekend Getaway
The unit is in a prime location, walking distance to many great attractions , wineries and restaurants. Easy check-in and prompt service from property host. The unit was very clean but we don’t believe the mattress was replaced as stated after the JAN 2024 review. If so, it’s a poor quality mattress for it to sink in the way it did which would be our only negative feedback since everything else was great! Highly recommend replacing to a good quality mattress that doesn’t sink in, felt worn out.

Great Location!
The location is perfect! We were able to walk anywhere downtown and parking is easy and we were able to get in and out without getting hung up in traffic. All of my questions were answered VERY quickly!

Great location for couples!
Location was perfect! Walking distance to the most popular spots, fish camp restaurant, distillery, Columbia Restaurant, museums, shops! Super clean, plenty of towels not enough linens, we travel with my 2 kids, 10,16 years old, my husband and I, The kitchen has everything you need, I appreciate the welcome coffee and water, David the host, was very attentive and responded quickly, this place is more for singles, or you come as a couple, it is definitely not comfortable for a family of 4, the Sofa bed was very uncomfortable even for children, the mattress in the room needs to be replaced, it’s worn out. Otherwise everything was fine, except that after walking all day I wish I had been able to enjoy a good night's sleep.

Cool, quiet place.
Stayed here for a couple nights. It was a clean place and parking was easy. It’s not super close to the main parts of the historic district but certainly within reasonable walking distance. It is close to some of the “off the beaten path” attractions. Everything was sufficiently supplied inside. It’s a bit of an older building with stairs to the second floor and window unit a/c , but everything is clean and nice inside. I was a little leery about security with the window unit a/c in the master bedroom opening to a general access balcony without really any additional locking mechanisms, especially since there were several homeless individuals cutting across the parking lot area after dark. We had no problems though and enjoyed our stay.

Fine for the price
We were under the impression we had a small private apartment and that’s what it is, but we didn’t know there would be 3 other apartments in the property building. The building is not in great shape, floors are warped and clear signs of water damage on walls and moulding. There was no hand soap, so we had to use our body wash to wash our hands. Sofa should be thrown out and replaced as it’s horribly sagged down in the center. They basically threaten you in the checkout instructions with extra fees if you don’t do things like take out your own trash to the dumpster because “you are staying in somebody’s home” which you clearly are not in someone’s home, it’s an income property for a real-estate group. I wouldn’t stay there again but it served is needs for a place to sleep while we enjoyed St. Augustine.
