Oceanfront 3 soverom fullt møblert på Crescent Beach Summerhouse 166

Nylig ombygd tre soverom, er to bad havet flat er et hjørne enhet. Lett inn og lett ut for deg som har vanskeligheter med å gå. Denne enheten sover 8 personer med en king size-seng på soverommet, en dronning i det midterste gjestesoverommet, to tvillinger i det andre gjestesoverommet og en sovesofa i stuen. det er tre TV-er og to DVD-spillere. Flisegulv i hele. Kullgrill utenfor for enkelhets skyld å kunne grille på enheten. Hos Summerhouse har vi 4 temperaturregulerte bassenger å velge mellom på eiendommen, noe som gjør det behagelig å svømme hele året! Det er også fire tennisbaner, to racquetballbaner og en pickleballbane. Vi har to grillområder og to lekeplasser for barna som ligger i hver ende av eiendommen. Vårt fellesområde rundt bassengene er dekket med saftig velholdt gress med en kort spasertur til stranden. Vår utleieenhet har et vennlig personale på frontkontoret og vedlikehold på stedet for å hjelpe med å løse eventuelle problemer raskt hvis de skulle oppstå. Vi har et lite bibliotek og et treningsstudio tilgjengelig i løpet av normal arbeidstid for enkelhets skyld.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Summerhouse for about 40 years, on and off, so we have a good platform to rate this unit. It was a lovely unit - except for the mattresses and the living room furniture. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms were unlike anything I have ever seen soft you could not get out of them without help. I think someone put a pillow top on to try to cover up a bad mattress. The living room furniture looks good in the photo, but both the sofa and the loveseat have very little cushioning...on the sofa you can actually feel the hard metal support underneath. This unit would be really good if it were not for these two very important issues. Like it is, the unit was not worth the money we paid for it.

Has to be more organized with some system to let the office know when rentals are available and those people can go ahead and check in. In the past, we have been able to get in earlier and the office staff was very accommodating. Something needs to be changed by next year to make this a smoother process.

The only negative thing was initially when running the water a horrible rotten egg smell filled the whole place up. After the hot water was ran for awhile and time passed, the next day it was just fine. It was a beautiful vacation and we love staying at Summerhouse. Unit 166 was one of the most beautiful and well equipped units we have ever stayed in. We were disappointed that the dishwasher wasn’t working for most of our trip and that it took three days to get it fixed. Especially after being told it hadn't worked properly in eight months. For what we paid we shouldn’t have to worry about doing dishes on vacation. Other than that it was perfect.

The only issue i have is that the beds are really not comfortable, even in the master, although it's better than the others. Paying $2500 rent for a week, i really think they need to do better. Small guest bath to accommodate 2 bedrooms. Removing the shower/toilet room door would help. Queensize bedroom small with furnishings packed in there; no window. Kitchen well equipped. Love the dining area. More area rugs would be nice. Plenty of towels on hand. Beautiful countertops with new appliances. Overall a nice stay.

Very close to the beach and easy to get to We had a few surprises in the kitchen regarding cleanliness. Overall most things were clean but we found a very dirty knife & very dirty spatula And a bowl in the cabinet With water as well as seeing a Live roach under the kitchen Cabinet. Also we noticed many cobwebs under the TV cabinet in LR. The attention to these details were surprising as the unit was overall pleasant. The master bedroom window lock is broken which presents a security issue
