«The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole house was clean. There were no stairs which was a plus. Plenty of parking. Location was great, close to Manukau City and Botany Downs. Definitely recommend

«The positives: The staff are so nice. The location is beautiful, the views are incredible.
However, the rooms need a big update. There is an odor that permeates the room. When the doors are open, it’s not bad but at night on the first floor you cannot leave the doors open cause someone could just walk into your room from the outside while you’re sleeping. «Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds.
