«The room was run down. The exhaust fan and the wall unit were on there last leg. The bathroom sink was cracked 3 ways. No ice bucket and no ice machine. I had to go out and buy a bag of ice. Fortunately, I had a cooler along for my medications. I will not stay there again.»

«Room was clean and everything was in good condition. They only do housekeeping on a limited day schedule so it's good to be aware of that. We asked for a change of towels and that was promptly taken care of. Yes, they serve breakfast and it's the usual for these kind of places. We're not a fan but managed to find something to have. Overall, the place was good and I’d recommend it for a stay in the area, assuming you don't book under demand pricing, which can be quite high for the area.»

«I didn't like the refrigerator area and the legs were broken off. Also didn't like the paint job in several areas.»

«A fantastic updated property in the Dell's. It's one of the if not the nicest hotel in the area. Has a luxury feel to it and a very good restraunt attached. It felt more geared towards adults, but does have a nice indoor pool with a kids play area. A must stay if you're visiting Wisconsin Dells.»
