«Everything was excellent »

«The bathroom had multiple broken safety rails, curtain rod fir shower, pee down front of toilet with debris stuck on it, hair on floor and walls in bathroom, asked to have it cleanedthey still left pee on the toilet. In a 2 night stay both nights children running screaming in halls and stairwells till 3am. Pot smoking in a room on our floor extensively. Fighting with staff involvement outside our room at 930pm, yelling and screaming from that as well stuck in our room for safety!»

«The elevator is NOT working. The lobby is closed and has plastic tarps up to block it off. Construction material is sitting by the front door. The front doors don’t always open and are supposed to be motion activated. The smoke alarm in the hallway had plastic covering it and was taped off with painters tape. Carpet is ripped in the room. The breakfast area was in a hotel room with NO hot breakfast. People were having a yelling match outside of our door early in the morning. The front desk ...

«Very disappointed with this stay. The hotel claims to be smoke-free but the smell of smoke was extremely strong as soon as we stepped off the elevator and inside our room. It was so bad it gave me a headache, and even opening the windows didn’t help. I also reserved a room with two queen beds but was given a king bed instead due to a “maintenance issue,” which was frustrating since it wasn’t what I paid for. «The staff was great. Courteous and helpful. The property condition wasn’t the best. The tv remote didn’t work so they had to replace it. There were gnats in the bathroom and my daughter said she saw a roach. The toilet seat was missing a screw so it was not secure. There was no fridge in the room. »
