«This property was perfect. It has met all of our needs. The space was very clean and was equipped with all that we needed. Having a designated parking spot was definitely appreciated. The building was very clean and quiet and we felt safe always. This is the first time I’ve ever used a vrbo. I’m glad I did. »

«A wonderful property. As advertised. Spent 4 nights visiting our son who lives in Cap Hill. Centrally located, close to great restaurants. Parking was never really an issue. Perfect for a couple, we will be back!!»

«Easy check in, separate entrance to this basement apartment, enough space for 1-2 people comfortably. My favorite part was the neighborhood. 1-2 blocks from Snooze, Voodoo Doughnuts, lots of bars/restaurants/take out food/coffee shops. Easy access to e-bikes and scooters, the bus route that takes you to Union Station where you can get the train to the airport (10 total!), 8-10 Uber/Lyft ride to convention center. It was clean, had everything I needed. »

«My sister and I stayed here for a couple nights while visiting Denver. This place is nice and spacious. Has all necessary kitchen equipment and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathrooms. If I had one suggestion I would at a couple more cups/glasses to the cupboards but these have probably slowly dwindled after other guests.»
