«As Florida residents, this was our first trip to Colorado. We’ve been to a hot spring in Banff, but it was just a single overcrowded pool. This place exceeded all of our expectations having several pools, tons of hot tubs, cold plunge, saunas, steam rooms and one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen which was hot springs right inside the creek. We would love to come back someday. »

«The room was good. Thankfully, we had an room facing the mountains. Felt bad for the rooms facing the inside pool. there were two bus loads of 10 year olds in the pool, very loud. my biggest complaint was the breakfast, the orange juice looked and tasted like dirty water. I told the food person and she just shrugged her shoulders. they only put out enough for 5-6 people at a time. they weren't cooking more because, when they brought more, it was cold! was there for 3 nights and the orange juice ...
