«This hotel was a perfect start to our cruise. The check-in was seamless, the room was clean. If I had to come up with a complaint I thought I had booked a king bed but got a room with 2 queen beds. Not a big deal at all but it did seem the room was a little tight. Aside from that, I would book to stay here again. It’s literally steps to the beach. »

"Based on earlier experience I was disappointed!!! - confusing information in reception at check in - VIP Hotel.com level not accepted or offered ? (Listed in my H.com setup) but some 10$ rebate at restaurants was mentioned one day but next «NO» by another person when asked - cleaning of my room not done, still if there was a misunderstanding or not it took 2 days when I complained before it was handled - Huge TV trash boxes in the hallway towards my room - it was there for 3 days, and then I complained due to What I see as fire risk plus negative environmental. Not what I expect for such a hotel star level and chain - So my conclusion, reception team not aligned or coordinated with the rest of the hotel - The positive part was Coffe shop and their employees "
