«Cabin was exactly as shown, cozy, clean and quiet. Great location for visiting our friends and Christmas on the Square. Screened in porch was great for morning coffee or toasting the sunset. Host was awesome as well as communication. Highly recommend. »

«Property owner didn't know we were staying at the property since she "hadn't communicated with VRBO in a long time". The cabin had not been cleaned. The caretaker changed the bedding but that was all. My husband cleaned the bathroom. We were told the water was under a boil restriction. I wonder if it's always under a boil restriction. We were provided a few bottles of water. The window air unit dripped so we had to keep a bowl under it. The location was nice with only the caretaker house near.»

«This quiet getaway was exactly what we needed. This little cottage was absolutely amazing and beautiful, clean on the inside and well maintained. My wife loved everything about it not to mention they even decorated for Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend to stay in the small town of Carthage and stay at the cottage. It has definitely been put on our list of places to revisit! »
