«Very large, clean room, washer/dryer in room, friendly staff, are upsides. Downsides include telephone not installed, wifi not operating in the room, hair dryer omitted, Nespresso machine but no Nespresso, hooks for an ironing board and iron but neither of those. Staff scrambled to fix everything and seemed shocked that these omissions existed. Since the location has been open 6 years now, so am I. It is really too bad, because it is a very nice facility.»

My kid threw up on the last day there (I felt awful!) and staff was prompt to deal with it and very kind. «Everyone there was great, I spoke with Joe mostly and he was great, would ask if there was anything else he could do to make our stay better. The front desk manager was also helpful, I had a question about the billing. Everything was clean, and up to date. We enjoyed having the extra room (having a suite), that we had the option to cook or go out as well as having a fan in the room as well. The food was excellent. «We had a great stay here. The rooms were in a great condition, very quiet and the aircon was working as it should. Difficult and a long travel to get to the hotel with the bus from Philly, but thats a choice two stupid Europeans took. The breakfast was included, and not very good. We recommend going to Yard House which is a walking distance away from the hotel!»
