«The property was clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay while visiting family. We especially enjoyed its proximity to a historic park. It was a great place for walks!»

«This cottage was clean, well -furnished and in a great location. The beds were comfortable. There were snacks to eat and a book of suggested places to visit and places to eat. The only reason that I give it a 4 is that the bathroom is a bit challenging. You have to be very careful getting in and out of the tub, the hose was difficult to use and the faucets were backwards. Taking a shower was difficult. It would be hard for someone elderly to navigate.»

«My husband and I decided to stay here for the weekend MLB season opener. We found it a great location and easy travel to Cincy. We would stay at the property again. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We liked having the privacy of a little house rather than spending the week in a motel. «The place was in good condition, and we enjoyed our stay. The main bedroom downstairs was good for the baby and toddler to sleep because the curtains did a great job of blocking light. We adults stayed upstairs, and that worked well for us. We were able to walk to restaurants and a coffee shop. There was a small playground nearby, but it wasn't in great condition.»

« Very nice place. Usually have to drive around the block a few times to find parking unless it’s the middle of the day. Convenient location other than parking. The loft area gets very hot but running the fan helps. Would be perfect if the loft has its own hvac unit. »

«We had a great stay. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Everything worked great. The electronic message board on the wall was personalized and informative. Paved walking/ bike trail was within feet of patio. Very nice.»

«Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty. The owners communicated very well prior to the stay. It has great ...

«Everything met my expectations. The flat was clean, the location is amazing and the owner was very responsive. My only complaint is that I communicated the urgency of needing an ironing board and they promised to get me one but they never did. Please get an ironing board next time as most of your guests will need one especially if they travel to Cincinnati for work. I highly recommend the place and will definitely stay there again.»

«Overall loved the place, super easy check in and out procedures. Our host was super responsive to any needs we had. Plus we were in close proximity to our concert venue Bogart’s and all the stuff we wanted to do in town. Everyone loved the hot tub too!»
