«Clean room but sooo noisy! Kids running up and down the hallway and up and down the stairs half the night. Then plows were doing the parking lot in the middle of the night but somehow never did the front parking lot where there was a giant ice hole the car had to hit to pull in. Garbage truck banging around the first night for a half hour for two dumpsters.The breakfast was terrible and there wasn't a lot of choice and I paid extra for a top floor room and got stuck back in a corner right next ...

«We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast.
What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer ...
