«I was headed to Grand Isle for a birding trip and stayed overnight in Golden Meadow
as the hotels on the Island were expensive and most wouldn't book a one night stay.
Southern Breeze Lodge was perfect in every way, from the friendly ladies in the office to the clean room, comfortable beds, and convenience of having a gas station, GoBears
Grocery and Noble Roman's Pizza all within walking distance of the lodge! I recommended it to all my fellow birders and will definitely stay there again.»

«The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds. The food is great. The staff were very friendly. With me being a travel agent I would have given this hotel 10 out of10 but the walls are very thin that you can hear the people talking in the other room. I didn’t get a good night sleep because I heard the traffic all night on the highway. The hotel is right off the highway. The traffic is very heavy and noisy in the mornings. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. »

«Stayed this past weekend. After the service from the front desk agent and managers won’t stay there again. Found in my room next to the nightstand not sure what it is but it looked gross either used condom or hairnet and i didn’t want to touch it. I complained at check out to front desk person and told her about it she said thanks for letting us know and didn’t offer to do anything about it. After that I talked to jasmine the front desk manager she said someone will contact me about it. Waited ...
