«Had a horrible experience. We were in the king room with sofa bed. There was a hole in the sofa bed and no sheets or blankets were provided for the sofa bed when we asked for some, front desk said there wasn’t any. TV didn’t work and the smoke alarm kept going off.»

«All of the staff was very pleasant. The room was lovely. It was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I was also very impressed with the shower and the water pressure. I couldn't have been more pleased. The breakfast wasn't fantastic but the sausage was good and the coffee was good. I would stay there again in highly recommend it»

«I reserved 2 queen beds and was told to tell Expedia their website is wrong and that accessible rooms are not two beds, only one. So needless to say, I didn't get 2 beds. I was offered a room with a king bed and when I opened the door to the room, someone was in there sleeping. I was given a room already given to someone else.
