«Clean and comfortable room, great location, beautiful garden, but the highlight was the wonderful family and food. It felt like being invited into a family while they provided 5 star hotel service but at a cheap price. Room service, laundry service, and anything else you could dream of. «I had top floor and the view of Mirissa beach was spectacular! Location is excellent, right across the road from the beach and surrounded by heaps of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was excellent and had plenty of variety, good mix of western and local cuisine. Few minor issues but not enough to lose a full star for this review, perhaps 4.5 stars if you made it this far. Would stay again if i could secure a high floor, room 506 is prime! »

«This was actually our second stay at Lum as when our flights were delayed we wanted a little haven to relax and enjoy our extra time in the South. The staff here were so friendly and helpful and everything about the complex made it feel like a lovely place to stay. Fresh, spacious, clean rooms that surrounded a relaxing garden and a beautiful pool area.
