«2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was great for getting together with friends. This is my 5th stay at village by sea condos. This particular condo was a little dated but clean and comfortable. It is close to everything, beaches, restaurants and ogunquit playhouse.»

«The finding the lock box and not knowing my parking #8 space was mine would have helped and it was definitely difficult getting the lockbox open once I found it after trying all the ones on the deck but only one phone call did the trick»

«Our recent stay this past August 2026 was awesome. The condo is across the street from the beach with easy access. The area is full of fun activities to keep you entertained and a shopping area for food etc. close by.The condo is very clean and fully stocked. Photos are accurate. «Property manager was very kind but a little hard to get a hold of. Owner of the property was amazing and in contact immediately. The house is quaint, cute and perfect for a beautiful stay on the coast. We enjoyed the location more than anything. The owners left a binder with a lot of very helpful information for restaurants, stores, etc. If you want to stay in the area, you can walk almost anywhere. All in all we loved our stay and would return.»

«Check in was a breeze! The directions were easy to follow and the unit was easy to find. Extremely clean, and everything I needed for my stay was provided! The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Easy access to the beach!I’ve stayed in comparable places for much more affordable rates. At over 700 a night with fees, I would expect something much nicer. The tub and bathroom sink are very old. Not all of the windows have coverings so I was flashing neighbors ...

«We love our stay at this condo! It's a great size for our annual sister trip with a beautiful balcony looking at the ocean. «We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. Pick up all essentials in town (coffee, plastic wrap/foil, paper towels, paper cups, ...
