«We stayed this hotel twice this year during our trips to CA. The rooms were facing to ocean and outdoor shopping center. Clean room, comforable bed. Nice to have a frig in the room. There was no elevator so we had to carry our luggages to the 3rd floor but no problem. Easy walking to shopping and food. Higly recommend. We would stay again.»
«Water view is not a realistic description. Yes there was water outside the room but it was not a good view of the bay. Mattress was old and had a dent from a lot of use. Sheets smelled musty. Second floor room, no elevator. Needs remodeling. Bathroom ok.»

And I said I had a foot problem and requested a downstairs floor room 2 days each day I called and was told notes were gonna be left both times I called and I called Expedia customer service and they told me, just do it on the note.
