«Not worth for money... Place is calm and nice.. but price is very high. Food items are also less. Only place is good»

«Not god, Bathroom was not clean, very unprofessional staff, TV was not working at all. Kettle was not clean to prepare tea. Over all not good.»

«New Hotel Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction. Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate. «We had a wonderful stay at this hotel Bimba and would definitely recommend it. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and very comfortable from the moment I checked in. The stay was smooth, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and ensured everything was taken care of. They had a attached multicuisine restaurant , again a nice experience with the food and staff interaction. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!»

«Very noisy and party time during weekends»

«We had a great one night stay on our way from Bangalore to Ooty. Convenient location, very helpful staff and an expansive breakfast lay. We also had an excellent spa experience. The in-house EV fast charger is an added advantage. We would happily return to this property in the future.»

«Nice, clean, tidy, helpfull staff»

«God seng, nyheter på døra, flotte restauranter på huset, svømmebasseng, wifi ( ikke veldig high speed men det duger ) hyggelig personale. Hvis vi skal utsette noe var det ekstra servicen utøvd fra reisebyrået i lobbyen, de var kanskje vel litt ivrig på å formidle sine turer uten å bistå oss i det vi faktisk lurte på.»

«Clean room and good staff.»

«The rooms looks older and dirty. Things were not kept before and we had to ask for. Beds were sounding. »

«Clean room and friendly staff. Located right in the middle of town!»

«Location is good and staff was helpful. Most of tourist places are within 5 to 10 km radius. Pleasent stay with family for 3 nights.»

«The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.»
