«Property was nice. I didn't like how when we first got there our room wasn't cleaned yet and they wanted to put us in a lesser value room if I wanted a room immediately. They said they didn't really have a clue on when it will be ready. I waited for about 30 minutes to an hour for my correct room to be cleaned. Was an inconvenience for sure because it. Was pouring down raining but other than that the stay was smooth.»

«The staff was very friendly and offered a list of things to do and restaurants to try the hot tub was great as well as the pool the balcony was very small it was difficult to navigate to adults on the balcony at the same time. The elevator was broken a couple of times, but we were able to use the one at the other end of the hallway. Staff was very friendly.»

«The beds are on the soft side which I like. Breakfast was consistently good. The building is a little small, hallways tight, etc. Safe area. Doors close very loudly if you don't catch them. Crystal Beach is an easy walk. Overall, I would stay again.»
