«Checkin was quick and easy! Some problems with the room key, but this was quickly fixed. Our room M10 was at the end of the corridor and some times during the day it was a bit noisy due to traffic in and out of the hotel. But the service of the hotel staff is top notch. The piano bar is truly "wunderbar" The food is also great! The shuttle service was very handy and a great offer! All in all a great stay at this wunderful mansion»

«Very pleasant and service-minded staff who actually came and met us at the gas station in Livigno (on their own inititative). The hotel is located 5 min drive outside of Livigno, in a beautiful valley. The parking fascilities are few, but it´s worth it.
