«Nice clean spot with easy check in and check out. Communicative hosts. The one thing I'd suggest as an improvement would be a new bedframe or to tighten the screws on the existing one! It was quite squeaky. Overall a really nice place to spend a quick getaway in Colorado Springs.»

«We enjoyed our stay at the purple hobbit house! Property is clean and easy to access. You really don’t notice the guests in the blue house unless you happen to be coming and going at the same time. 20 minutes to surrounding hikes and one hour easy drive to the Sand Dunes. Rented boards at the shop right outside of entry to dunes. Locals are friendly and restaurants good, just pay attention to the hours. We did not use the sauna, we did use the hot tub daily! We attempted the propane fire pit one ...
