Very kind staff, a comfortable room size with balcony. Nice location with easy access to subway.

The room is very good. The air condition system is a bit weird because after turning to the wished temperature sometimes it goes back again to status quo of 24 degrees. But the position of the hotel is very very good

Very nice rooms on the top end of Japan's tallest building. Breakfast was very nice. There's also a mall in the bottom floors of the building. Nothing was negative during our stay.

Very nice hotel and great location for getting around in Osaka. Good facilities, and staff was very helpful.
