«Ashland has great dining, cute shops, and live theater. The hotel is located right in the middle of everything. We never needed the car. The hotel is quaint and sweet, and very clean. But the room was too small. Hard to find place to put our stuff. The staff and service got the job done but were not super friendly. »

«The staff at Wine Country Inn was wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. The Inn is a nice distance and an easy walk to town. There are many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.»

«Hotel was hard to find, no lights on signage or in lobby building. At checkin the card machine was broken. No explanation of amenities, hot spring pool location (again with no lights) and was not clean. Room had broken lights, FIRM mattress and broken shower towel rack. Mold growing in cracks of shower curtain. This place has charm, but needs a little work in the hospitality department.»
