«The location would be 5 stars. However, the room was small and the furniture was outdated. The kitchenette was adequate for making coffee and using microwave. The view was very nice and only a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. There was a dead roach on bathroom floor when we arrived and the mattress was not comfortable. «Chose the property for the location and it did not disappoint. Close enough to everything but in the quiet end of things. Friendly guests would hang out with us on the patio or garden. Owner and property managers were terrific. Will definitely be back. »

«Great location and within walking distance to many attractions. The room is simple and for the most part clean. The bathroom ceiling had mold/ mildew and the shower curtain liner needs to be replaced but overall it’s a good place to sleep and since you don’t spend much time in your room. »

«Perfect location to experience Waikiki for those that don't want to pay big resort fees. The place was clean and we enjoyed cooking most of our own meals. Parking is included, which is fantastic. Target is a five minute walk, which makes it easy to grab groceries. The beach umbrella and chairs were nice to have as well.The biggest opportunity for improvement is communication with the host. Although we spent most of our time travelling about on Oahu, we really appreciated the great views from the room. We stayed with our 5 yr old grandson so cleanliness was important to us.»
