«What a fantastic hotel! I travelled to Maui with my husband and two children aged 5 & 8. Upton arrival the valet helped with our bags, gave the children and us gorgeous necklaces and check-in was quick! «Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing. The breakfast was very poor, both in quality and service, and the staff at breakfast did not feel welcoming or attentive. In addition, the man at the front desk was not friendly or helpful.
