«Had to switch rooms because the HVAC did not work. Alarm clock hard to see the digits. No facial tissues, which is rare for a hotel. Bathroom light comes on when you walk in the door, which is bad in the middle of the night. Staff quite helpful.»

«Disappointing Stay for the Price!
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory for nearly $170 a night. Upon arrival, I noticed food on the furniture and hair ties in the bathroom, which were major red flags for cleanliness. Additionally, the table in my room had sides that were coming unglued, indicating a lack of proper maintenance.
For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness. I suggest the management ...

«Our stay at this hotel was from Friday, Mar 20 to Sunday, Mar 22---two overnights. We would have rated the hotel higher except for an incident causing considerable inconvenience.
Upon arrival late Friday afternoon we noticed two signs, one was a folding sign, the other was permanently affixed near the elevator door, announcing Saturday Brunch between 9am and 2pm in the Rooftop Grill.
Considering this, we invited in-town guests to join us for breakfast the next morning, Saturday. We met them ...
