«I had a very positive first impression as I checked in, guided by front desk clerks Micah and Skyler, who made me feel welcome right away. The two-queens room, the hot and healthy breakfast, the well-maintained pool and exercise room all met or exceeded my expectations. Great location for a visit to the nearby monasteries or to the amusement park.»

«I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply.
That just isn't good business...you took my money, I didn't stay there and not even a courtesy reply...thumbs down»

«The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond in making my stay special. The staff helped my daughter from Maryland plan my stay for a birthday gift. He even upgraded the room and arranged for me to check in three hours early. When I arrived in my room there was a candy bar on the bed along with a birthday card. On top of that the manager went and bought me balloons for my birthday! This place has just gained my entire family as customers.»
