«Clean and adequat room. The decor and the bathroom a bit dates, but everything functioned well. Coffeemaker and fridge. The queen beds were large and comfortable. Very good location for visiting the Abe Lincoln library.»

«Cleaning crew barged into the room at 8:15 am without knocking while I was in the bathroom and my wife in bed. After I stopped them they never came back. When we returned to the hotel at 3 pm and found the room unserviced we called the front desk only to be told that the crew had already “left for the day.”
To their credit when we returned that night the room was cleaned. But the experience was to say the least not consistent with expectations. »

«Our room was full of dust which I am allergic. I informed the front desk that I was affected by it, so they sent a person to clean it. Did not offer a different room. Cleaning made the black dust all over the ceiling coming from the vents look better but didn’t help my reaction. The lady told me to take Benadryl! The entire time I was there I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner samples because the bottles in the bathroom was empty. I am very disappointed and this was a waste of money and time ...

«The staff was very friendly and my room was nice. The hotel was quiet for being very busy, which was nice.
The heater in my room was not working properly. There was an electrical burning smell when I turned it on, which was strange. I tried the regular fan setting and it seemed to work fine.
The breakfast selection was lacking and the hot food was not great. This was surprising since I've had really good experiences at Country Inn and Suites locations. »
