Great place to stay. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. It took roughly 3 minutes to drive to the entrance to the Zion National Park, so the location was perfect. Would definately stay there again.

The property is very well kept, but they were renovating rooms in the next building leading to noise and strong odors.

The location and the view was amazing! We were so close to the park that you could walk if needed. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was really nice, we do realize it was due to the property being under construction. I am sure it will be great when the renovation is complete. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is conveniently located near Zion National Park, surrounded by various dining options. Guests can take a short walk to hop on the shuttle to the park, avoiding long waiting lines. The staff is well-trained, friendly, and always willing to provide assistance.

The property was located in an ideal spot close to Zion. Very clean and updated rooms, appreciated the attention to detail. Loved the views from the room and that it was pet friendly!

I didnt like that the name of the hotel changed and we drove around looking for the place. There was construction going on at the property. No formal lobby. The lobby, breakfast room and computer room were all in one space. No liners in trash cans and no ice buckets in the rooms.

Very nice hotel, some construction going on and needed some amenities but overall a great stay. Would recommend. Rooms were very new and clean. With time I think the issues we had wo old be remedied.

Perfect location for Zion National Park. Wonderful newly updated rooms with spectacular Mountain View’s. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and shuttle to the park. Excellent healthy breakfast choices. Friendly staff!

The facility was ok. There was no TV or anything to do at night. There is only one first come first serve restaurant which was ok. Would recommend staying outside the park at a full service hotel.

Very nice property surrounded by shops, dining options & right near a shuttle stop. All the staff was super friendly but especially Shelly & Amelia. Breakfast was good, pool is heated and saltwater, towels are soft.

This property is being taken over by Marriott and appears to be going through some transition issues. It was hard to find the property because they changed the name to “The Lodge”. Our reservation was wrong and we were given a newly updated room. Then we found the TV and the vent fan in the bathroom did not work. There was no maintenance person working so we had to live with for 2 days. This has the potential to be a great propert!

We absolutely loved this place. Shelley made our stay so easy and effortless. The rooms were immaculate and kids loved the bunk beds. So convenient to town for laundry and shuttle to Zion. Breakfast had a variety of vegan and vegetarian options. Staff was really friendly. Kids loved this place the most. Thank you so much!

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights. The hotel was conveniently located between 2 stops for the shuttle to the park. The strong shower water pressure felt great after a long day of hiking. Good restaurants and interesting shops were within walking distance. Breakfast was good, though the eggs and sausages were cold. The hotel was under renovation, so the dining area was small. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

They are remodeling the lobby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Microwave and fridge and decent furnishings. Needed more blankets as coverings are very thin. They provided them. Beautiful and scenic hotel. Deers on the property. No ice machine. Breakfast good enough. Clean and tidy area. Their coffee is only available in the morning in the makeshift lobby. Easy access to the shuttles that take you everywhere. Once we parked in their lot we walked everywhere to eat or shop or took the shuttle. No need to drive. LOVED it.

First GREAT location. Beautiful views in all directions. Free breakfast - basic but good. Staff were friendly. Downside-no hot water in the entire hotel. They were notified the night we checked in and when I called early morning, they said they were waiting for HVAC to open to call. Should kind of be an emergency emergency 24 seven thing for an entire hotel… When we checked in, there was a bar of soap in the toilet. The lamp and coffee maker on the desk had no outlet near it. When we pulled out the desk to try to get to the outlet behind the dresser, we discovered a couple of hair ties on the floor and some food material that was spilled down the side of the desk. One blanket was fine, the other was all frayed and felt like a washcloth.

Couch is old and the leather fabrics were torn in many places. Disgusting ! They should just remove it and make the room more welcoming. Staff members are very apologetic.

Average hotel
Stayed for a long couples weekend to hike Zion. Location is great, but hotel needs some work. Our room had a refrigerator that did not work, mattress was old and not comfortable, and the breakfast was not the best quality. It was cold when we went so were unable to use the pool area, which looked nice for summer time. Looked like they were in the process of updating rooms in the building next to us. A room renovation would address most of the concerns. For the price, location is perfect, and a short walk to many restaurants and shopping.
