great place to stay. very convenient if you plan to visit Zion NP. about a 3-5 min walk to the park shuttles. and right across the street from a grocery store and plenty of dining options nearby. would definitely stay here again.

This property is perfectly located, only a few steps from the entrance to Zion national Park and sits on the flowing Virgin river. The rooms are very clean equipped with a full kitchen..There is a market on property to purchase your needs..A brew pub restaurant is on location and there is a free shuttle that will take you through the town of Springdale if you prefer other dining experiences. I loved this place!

Being so close to the entrance at Zion was perfect! We had two toddlers so it was so nice to be able to easily go back to our rooms for a nap if needed after a morning hike, and the pool was wonderful. There was nothing wrong with our stay, room was spacious and beautiful. Only thing I wish in the hotel a breakfast included in the stay that would have been nice.

The ease to enter the park can not be beat. We loved walking in from park entrance and sitting by the river and enjoying the view. Staff was helpful and we enjoyed some time by the pool. There was coffee, brewery, groceries and restaurant within steps. The unit was clean and comfortable. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars was that I felt that we paid extra for a balcony and view. Our balcony was off the bedroom and we could barely open the door bc of the bed and just looked out to a hill. It was not the view in the pics. This was disappointing but if you know what you are getting then I highly recommend.

I loved how welcoming the staff at the front desk are. They welcomed us with cookies and coupons for the places surrounding the lodge. We only stayed for one night but the room was super clean and comfy. Definitely would stay here again and for longer!

I thought about giving this place only a One Star rating so that everyone would avoid it leaving it more available for me, but I just couldn’t do it. So it’s a bit pricey but when you consider you can walk to the shuttle from your room and not have to hassle with parking, that alone is worth the price!

Definitely recommend staying here when going to Zion. Location is perfect. Watchman Trail is right by hotel. Pub restaurant right beside hotel for first nights dinner was convenient after having a long day of driving. We were so happy to have use of two Tesla chargers while staying there. Plus there were two additional chargers. Very large pool with lots of loungers and towels for hotel guests. The view from the pool was magical. And on site laundry was extremely convenient. We stayed in a king studio which was fine for just the two of us. It had a good size fridge freezer. And even had dishes and cutlery. Front staff were amazing too. All in all a great stay.

Fantastic location, very comfortable condo, walking distance to the park entry, great food at walking distance restaurants. Wonderful pool with a view to the Watchman Peak. We saw mule deer every day on the property!🙂An overall wonderful experience!

Cable Mountain Lodge is THE place to stay if you wish to avoid using your car to visit Zion National Park. I'll agree it's not the cheapest place to stay in town, but it's by FAR, the most convenient. You can walk to the visitor center and if you wish, you can easily ride the shuttle to anywhere in town for dining. Pool is nice, and the convenience to the market and brew pub is great.

Beautiful property right at the doors of Zion NP entrance. Nice pub and cafe on property, nice rooms, good shopping, and most comfortable sofa best I've ever slept on. Close walk to restaurants in town. Pricy but so is everywhere in Springdale.

Excellent place to stay. It’s very close to the park. Trams or shuttles available to get inside the park and to go shopping and lots of eating out choices. I loved our room with its wonderful view. Our room did not have a clothes closet or dresser, nor was there an elevator. I only mentioned that because I have a bad knee. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed in a room with a wood fireplace. Unfortunately, we lit the fire and the chimney did not work well enough, or maybe wasn't clean enough. Smoke in the room was bothersome and unhealthy. We know how to light fireplace fires so that was not the issue. The property was not kept updated. Have low expectations if you stay here and don't light a fire, then you will be fine. Good location. Nice staff.

Hi Steven,Thank you for staying with us at Cable Mountain Lodge. I believe that you have us confused with another property. We do not have wood burning fireplaces in our rooms. They are all gas. The room that you stayed in was a king studio which does not have a fireplace. if you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Guest Services department. We are happy to assist.

The grounds were beautiful with spectacular views. We loved being able to walk right into Zion as it was the closest property to the park. The hotel was also so close to places to eat and all the happenings in town!

Nice high end property right next to the park. Some units have spectacular reviews of the mountains. We got a bite of the dirt and rock spoils. But a deer did walk past our window in the morning. No breakfast.

The location is superb!! We would definitely stay again. The staff at the coffee shop, market and front desk have been friendly and helpful. My only complaint is how clearly I can hear the conversation of the party in the adjacent room. Glad I brought ear plugs.
