Indoor Pool by Lake Michigan Beaches & Grand Haven

Our spacious Spring Lake home is two homes in one connected by a large indoor pool room! With two open space living area/kitchens, it sleeps up to 24 w/6 bdrms & 8 bathrooms. Pool room has a heated pool w/volleyball & basketball & TV. Outside is a hot tub, tennis court, fire pit & much more! Private property less than 5 min from shopping & restaurants and less than ten minutes from beautiful PJ Hoffmaster State Park and other Lk Michigan beaches! Perfect all-season, multi-family home!

This spacious property is a fit for multiple families of all ages all year-round! With an indoor pool room highlighted by a UV filtered heated pool ranging in depth from 3-4.5 feet (perfect for all ages to gather and play!), pool volleyball net and basketball hoop, sauna, electronic game table (Monopoly, Scrabble, Blackjack and Candy Land, just to name a few) as well as TV/Sonos speakers and an outdoor adventure with a hot tub, tennis court/pickleball court, basketball hoop, fire pit, gazebo, pavilion, several outdoor fire tables, outdoor ping-pong table, cornhole, golf practice tee and putting area, and plenty of space for a game of football or soccer, there is something for everyone! When you`re ready to relax, there is plenty of gathering space waiting for you in either of our two open living area/kitchen spaces both with gas fireplaces. Ready to call it a night? Retreat to one of six bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. If you decide to venture out, you are just minutes away from Lake Michigan parks/beaches as well as an array of restaurants and shopping! Michigan`s Adventure is a short 20-minute drive from our home, you can drive to Downtown Spring Lake and Grand Haven in just 10 minutes and Downtown Holland is just over half an hour away.

Set on over 20 acres, our home offers a spacious, private retreat tucked away just minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf courses, Lake Michigan Beaches, family entertainment, your grocery needs and much more!

* While our mailing address is Spring Lake, we are technically located in Fruitport Township.

* Please note that some of the showers in our home are on the smaller side, so please keep that in mind as you choose rooms.

* There is an outdoor hot tub; there is not an indoor hot tub.

* A list of guests staying at our home is required prior to arrival.

* The tennis court net is taken down during the winter months.
Guests must follow all pool, sauna and hot tub safety instructions.

    We used one kitchen for breakfast, the other, closest to the deck, for preparing lunch and dinner. We ate those meals outside on the deck, where we were able to seat our group of 24.

    We loved our stay. Everything was top notch, kitchens had all the equipment. Sleeping accommodations were excellent & comfy. The property is beautiful & we utilized all the amenities. Great location close to beaches, go carts & ice cream. A dream week for our family, ages 2 to 70. The host was great. The indoor pool was the star of the show. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

    Exceptional and Comfortable

    We had an amazing experience at the Spring Lake house. The amenities were top notch, beds were incredibly comfortable and having the two kitchens available was the perfect scenario for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the grounds are simply beautiful. We had a wedding ceremony on Grand Haven’s city beach which was only 14 minutes away.I highly recommend to anyone in need of accommodations that will comfortably sleep two families or more. Tara was available and easy to communicate with. We had no problems while we were there.

    Great family, destination!

    We took our family of 12 adults and four children for a weeklong getaway. The property looks almost too good to be true online, but it is true! The house is beautifully appointed with all kinds of amenities. They have thought of everything to make guests welcome. We enjoyed immensely the property, the water garden the golf course the swimming pool, the shuffleboard the tennis… The list goes on forever. There is so much to do on this property. You don’t even need to leave to go into town, but town is great and it’s a great destination to make some short day trips as well. Cooking for this big crowd it was great having two full-size kitchens! The appliances are all up-to-date and just about anything you would need for cooking big meals is provided on property! We hope to return soon!

    The house was clean and the kitchen what’s furnished with all your kitchen needs. The heated swimming pool was amazing and also the sauna. Our family was busy playing games swimming, enjoying the hot tub, playing shuffleboard and basketball. Tara, the owner was kind and answered your questions promptly. We will definitely tell our friends and family about this wonderful vacation home.

    Family Reunion

    This house perfectly fit our extended family of 20 (ages 1through 70). There was so much to do, we wished we were able to stay longer. The pool was a hit with the kids! Plus, we enjoyed tennis, pickleball, ping pong, bon fires and so much more. Location was great…go-kart/mini golf place 2 minutes away and a short 10 min drive to Grand Haven. Owners were also very responsive and helpful. We would like to come back again!

    Holy Cow!!

    First off I want to tip my hat to Tara (property owner). She did a phenomenal job of communicating with us throughout the entire stay. Now to the important stuff, the photos of the property simply do not do the property any justice. This house was simply AMAZING!! The place was spotless upon arrival and the initial drive up the driveway was spectacular. The owners couldn't have accommodated better than they did. They had snacks, a bottle of wine, and toiletries just in case you forgot anything. The pool was amazing and if you have the Sonos App you will get to enjoy your music throughout the home. The sauna was a special treat and we used it everyday, as well as the hot tub. The basketball hoop looks professional enough for an NBA game and the tennis/pickleball/shuffleboard court was used daily. We certainly got our exercise in! Oh, and they have ALL the equipment you need for basically any sport including golf clubs for their range which includes two different tee off locations and a flag with 5 different cups on it. We held a Kick Ball game on the large field that was more than enough room for everyone. The gazebo with the ping pong table and corn hole sets got a lot of use as well. We used the fire pit every night while we relaxed and unwind. The chairs by the fire pit are super comfortable and there are plenty of them for everyone in your group. There are places that sell firewood for very cheap just down the road. Do yourself a favor and book a stay here!! Worth it!!!

    This was the most beautiful home with everything you could ever think of! My whole family enjoyed every minute we were there together! Beds sooooo comfortable! The pool, sauna and hot tub were perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Adult/kid volleyball tournaments too. Tara was there with any questions we had at anytime! Check in was easy as can be too.     Has it all

    Great having two different living/kitchen areas. We did breakfast in one dinners at the other. Pool area is insane. We took a 36" beach ball and it was perfect for volleyball games. Hot tub and sauna were used frequently. Everyone loved their sleeping spaces, teenagers posted up in basement room area. Party of 21, kids from 2 years up. Plenty of windows to see into pool area from both living spaces. It was cold so we didn't use many outdoor amenities. Back deck and outdoor areas were clean and as pictured. Plenty of food/shopping options, easy access off highway, owners communicated well. I could go on and on but simply put...this place has it all

    Fantastic Family Getaway

    We recently returned from our stay during the Thanksgiving weekend. From the moment we walked in, we knew that this would be an excellent experience. The homes we beautifully decorated with state of the art appliances and premium amenities. Tara & Bryan had left a few lovely gift baskets with snacks. They really went above and beyond and thought of everything. There were 17 of us (ages 4-71) and we all had a fantastic time. The highlights were the pool, the game table and the many outdoor activities. We are already planning our next trip. Tara and Bryan were both very accessible for all of our questions and exceptionally helpful. Tara & Bryan exceeded our high expectations at all levels and left us incredible everlasting family memories. We recommend them highly. Many thanks.... Andi & David

    The place was great! It had everything you could possibly need. Everything described on the site was as described and then some.     Amazing property!

    We had a delightful experience staying in this home! We had a group of 21 people varying in age from 5 to 64 years old. We enjoyed every amenity including the swimming pool, hot tub, pickleball, golf, bocce, fire pit, and beautiful gardens. There were many places to congregate, as well as many peaceful places to find solitude. The property itself is large enough to go for walks and is surrounded by woods. There are wild turkeys that come out every day. The houses are very comfortable and the owners have thought about every necessity. They provided welcome baskets with wine and goodies, also a basket containing everything that you need to make s'mores. There are board games, pool toys, and sports equipment. We had a glitch with the air conditioner but the owners responded and got the problem fixed very quickly. I would highly recommend this property.

    Amazing Family Get-Away

    I can't say enough good things about this place. We spent a week here with our 4 children, their spouses, and 11 grandchildren ages 5 - 19. There was something for everyone. We jokingly referred to it as the compound because it had everything. The beds were comfortable. There were Sonos speakers everywhere with accompanying I-pads so music could be played in one area or throughout. The big screen TVs afforded entertainment, even in the pool area. We arrived to gift baskets filled with individual snacks. There was even a s'mores station in the kitchen stocked with graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows which we used one night at the fire pit. The kitchens were well stocked with equipment to feed our large group. Some had to work a bit while there and there was never a problem with bandwidth for the internet. The pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, bags game, golf and ping pong were all well used but what got the most use was the tennis court. There were probably people playing tennis 4-5 hours / day. The coffee stations were also a nice touch. We texted the owners a couple of times about minor issues and there response was immediate! All in all, I would love to return to this amazing place the next time we are able to get the whole crew together. Thank you.

    Perfection!!!

    My family came with 10 adults and 10 kids ages ranging from 3-11. This was such a fantastic place for us to spend quality time together making memories that will last forever! The hosts do not overlook any detail. Everything is set up to create a worry-free getaway. The home is beautiful, comfortable and spotless. It is equipped with every amenity needed. The pool area was amazing! The basketball hoop and game table were used a TON & having a bathroom in that room was very convenient! We often ate as a group out on the back deck. The grounds provided everything we could want. A peaceful serene setting to relax in the hammock by the pond or endless space & options for other entertainment! We spent time playing wiffleball in the back field, hitting golf balls, bubbles & scooters in the driveway, some fun competition having tournaments of pickleball, cornhole, ping pong & chess, and nights making s’mores at the bonfire. We ventured to grand haven state park and also had a blast at Craig’s Cruisers! Brian & Tara, thank you again for sharing your gorgeous home!
