We offer Scallop, Inshore Grouper, Bowfishing, Gigging, and Crab charters along with Nature/Eco Tours, to our guests when they reserve our home in Weeki Wachee.*

Kick back and relax in this beautiful two bedroom one bath home with gulf access, just 5 minutes from Hospital Hole and 15 minutes to Rogers Park via kayak or boat. The main bedroom comes with a king-size bed, stands and a desk/work station. The second bedroom has queen. The living room has a couch, love seat, recliner and a pull-out couch. The kitchen is perfect for dining and is fully equipped with a range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher. Please note, there is no clothes washer and dryer. There is a Coin Laundry just 10 minutes down the road

We do keep our commercial fishing boat moored at the property and is available to rent and comes with a USCG licensed captain. Rates start at $450.00

We want our guests to be as comfortable as possible when it comes to checking in and
checking out, so I've updated the check out instructions so all you have to do is hang wet towels to dry before leaving, that's it.

We have three adult singles kayaks, one tandem and two youth singles kayaks.
High speed broadband internet with 5gWIFI, (up to 200Mbps).

Driving or parking on the grass is prohibited.

Smoking is allowed outside.

Please be aware that the dirt ramp may be slippery at some times and launching a kayak from the dock may be difficult at low tide.

Children under the age of 12 must be under adult supervision at all times.

Any remote that controls the fan, A/C system, or TV that is missing you will be charged $100.00.

Towels and Washcloths are NOT to be used to remove makeup. $10.00 per cloth.

If you or your guests that accompany you, stain the bed linens or towels with body fluids or make-up, you WILL be charged $75.00 to replace the sheets and $10.00 for each towel/cloth. We throw away any stained sheets and towels.

Amazing Time

I just want to say WOW! We had the most fun in our life staying here. Capt Jarrod took us on one of his bowfishing and crabbing trips, and it was an absolute blast! He took his time in explaining the dos & donts, and he was comfortable to be around. Great sense of humor and down to earth guy. He made sure we knew what we were doing before our trip started. The home was spotless, and we caught bass, bluegill, and a sheepshead right at his dock. Manatees come right up to the dock as well. Jarrod was timely in responding to our messages, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We are already planning a scallop charter with him. The best part is that we got 50% off our nightly rate because we booked a charter. We won't stay anywhere else in Weeki Wachee, but here from now on. 5 star vacation!

Loved this place

First ever month-long stay in Florida

This was the nicest, most comfortable home we have ever rented for a vacation. The bed slept better than our own back home, the living room was well-appointed with motion furniture to get your feet up, the dining room was bright and cheery and the kitchen was well stocked with paper goods, cookware, dishes and all appliances. We stayed a month and had a few minor issues arise, but Jarrod was quick to respond and remedied all problems swiftly and to our satisfaction. The kitchen faucet is a little loosey-goosey, but works okay. It seems to be missing a nut underneath the cabinet. All in all, we would highly recommend this unit to anyone seeking to stay in Weeki Wachee. I brought my boat and appreciated the high-quality fixed dock and the floating dock that adapted to the tides.

Weeki Wachee River Adventure Weekend

This place was amazing! Very clean, perfect location with easy river access. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. Would love to come back for a longer stay as there is si much to see and do in the area.

Serenity

Jarrod was an amazing and accommodating host. He allowed us to check in a bit early and was very quick to respond if we had questions. The property is very quiet and serene. Very well stocked with toiletries and cooking utensils. We fished and caught a few mangrove snappers. We spent christmas here and everyone enjoyed the stay.

Very nice and clean property. Perfect for a weekend on the river! Host was very accommodating with some Birthday plans. We brought our 24 ft boat and the dock was perfect. We did need an easy up for some additional shade in back. Great quiet location!

The blue river house

Highly recommend this vacation rental. We had a lovely stay with our 3 kids. Everything in the house is new and clean. A selection of new kayaks to choose from to go down the river. We got the pleasure of seeing a manatee family of 8 right off the dock in the canal when we arrived. They stayed there until the next morning.

Fun Little Getaway

I came to the property with my 16 year old son and best friend for a fun getaway. The house was very clean and the new dock is great! We loved having the kayaks to take out. They were well kept. I do wish there might have been some quick reference on laws, in regards to being on the water for us, since we were from out of state. We had the best luck with seeing manatees when we headed out about 7:30 - 8:00am. Exceeded my expectations!! Gorgeous and peaceful creatures! Our stay was great and the pricing was affordable. Thank you!!

Memorial Weekend Stay

Had a great little weekend away! Jarrod was awesome with communicating with us & even made some extra accommodations for us, which he did not have to do- but did :) This was a great location for us as we wanted to have direct access to the river, as well as have a short drive the day we went to the springs/park (8 min drive). We’ll be back!

Wonderful home on the river: kayaks & manatees!

The home is a little gem on the river. We had so much fun kayaking and meeting manatees. The Weeki river was the perfect location for us. Thanks a lot to Jarrod who arranged a late check out for us, more time kayaking before jumping to the airport.

Great Location Newly Renovated

Great property big corner lot. Close to the Upper Deck grill and 15 minutes from Walmart Newly re-modeled home on the river. We did have a couple of technical problems on Day 1 and Day2 but Jarrod took care of it immediately. He was a great host and I would stay again. Floating dock could get a little tricky when launching the kayak.

Super clean, great location, kayaks, manatees!

This was a perfect fit for us. Very clean, well stocked, close to our family in the area as well as shopping and attractions (Homosassa Springs and Weeki Wachee State Parks). We thoroughly enjoyed use of the kayaks and life vests and were able to paddle right alongside manatees! We were also welcomed by a manatee right behind this fantastic rental. Jarrod was great at communicating and tending to a repair while we were there. Great vacation!

First time on the river

Normally we stay at the beach when we come to Florida but we decided to try something different this trip and I am so glad we did! Other than locking ourselves out the first day (Jarrod was great about helping us out.) we had a great week. It’s a cute little house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the kayaks and took them out numerous mornings. The neighborhood seems very safe and quiet. We would definitely stay here again and I’ve already recommended it to a friend.

Unplugged vacation

Great little house right on the water. Just toss boards/kayaks in and go. Saw a lot of manatees. The weeki wachee water is gorgeous and such a peaceful place to be. Would definitely stay here again!

Weeki Wachee is a family friendly place

Super cute completely remodeled home . Small but nice floor plan. Thankful for the neighbors letting us launch kayaks from his yard. Host is easy to reach and very nice. Being right on the river was great!

Cozy waterfront home

This was a perfect home for our family. I have nothing negative to review, it didn't have laundry facility but that was not a big deal at all! We were on the water and made amazing memories! Jarrod was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed everything that came with this vacation home!

Beautiful, clean and amazing place

Everything about this rental was prefect. The hosts communication from booking, to check in and check out was smooth and seamless. The place had one of the largest yards in the area. The home was clean and had so much space. The individual control AC was perfect was for friends who like to folder then others. The kayaks were easy to load. It was just an amazing time. I will definitely book again! This is my new goto home.
