Family Beach Retreat | Kayaks + Boat slip

Summary:

This unique coastal Craftsman-style home in Hernando Beach offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for families and groups. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it provides privacy, minimal traffic, and a fully fenced yard. Enjoy stunning sunset views from the backyard with over 200 feet of waterfront. The oversized driveway fits multiple cars, boats, and even a motorhome, with covered parking available.



The Space:

This is a 4 bedroom house, where each room can comfortably sleep two people for a total of 8 . Indirect Gulf access ( you will have to go through a boat slip down the road, takes no longer than 5 minutes to get out into the gulf). In Three of the bedrooms have either a king sized bed or queen sized bed. The fourth bedroom has two convertible twin sized beds; please reference the photos for a feel for the accommodation. They can be left as chairs or fully set up as twin beds upon arrival.



If needed, there is a convertible twin sized bed in the master bedroom of the house meant for a child that you'd want sleeping in the same room with you.



Guest Access:

The entire house and property is for your use and disposal. The ground level of the house has a small locked storage area and stores cleaning supplies, restocking items, and things meant for the owner and/or cleaner.

Nestled in the charming coastal community of Hernando Beach, our home offers a tranquil escape with convenient access to local attractions. A short drive will take you to various waterfront restaurants where you can savor fresh seafood while enjoying stunning Gulf views. For those who love the water, the Hernando Beach Marina is nearby, offering boat rentals and fishing charters. You can also explore the natural beauty of the area by visiting Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, known for its mermaid shows and crystal-clear waters. Local shops and essential amenities are also within a short driving distance, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood itself is known for its friendly atmosphere and beautiful sunsets over the water, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation.



Getting Around:

Getting around Hernando Beach is easiest by car, and our property offers ample parking with space for multiple vehicles, boats, and even a motorhome in the oversized driveway, with covered parking available. While public transportation options are limited in this area, the location provides convenient access to major roadways for exploring the surrounding areas. For air travel, the Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately a 1-hour and 30-minute drive away. Consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for transportation to and from the airport. Enjoy your stay and explore the beautiful nature of Hernando Beach!



Other Things to Note:

Please note the following to ensure a smooth stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. A refundable damage hold of $200 will be placed on your payment method two days before arrival and released within 7 business days after departure, provided no damages or violations occur. We allow up to 2 dogs with a pet fee; please inquire in advance. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests; parties or events are not permitted. After booking, you'll need to sign a rental agreement and verify your identity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Enjoy the kayaks, boat slip, and waterfront access! Parking is available in the oversized driveway for multiple vehicles, boats, and a motorhome.
